Siege has been interesting thus far.
Sentry = Power of 10 million exploding crack whores
Wasn't expecting it and think about it, he is the ultimate disposable character. They made him up and the can take him away.

My guess is that Marvel is wanting to either get rid of the character or have him as a villain when Miracle/Marvelman debuts in the Marvel Universe (and Miracle/Marvelman is a very POWERFUL character).
