I'm not sure, Master asia is definitly stronger but Master Roshi has a range advantage.

True, Wing Zero isn't involved in this. However, Wing Zero's buster cannons, I assume you mean Wing Zero Custom since that Zero had the most display of it's gun's power, the cannons are powerful, but I don't think a single shot from the buster rifle has enough power behind it to blow it apart.
