A portion of Acid Storm's auction (on ebay this weekend) will go directly to Red Cross; to aid those effected by the recent tragedies in Japan.





I wanted to continue with Masterpiece Seekers (and there are more to come) with this : Acid Storm.

He started as a Masterpiece Skywarp. Went to TOWN with melty effect (in fact, I think possibly a little too much)

To change things up a little, I remolded all (6) wings to give him a more unique appearance. I also modified the rear tail wings so they sit on his lower legs, rather than his hips.

What's cool about this paint job is I mixed and infused House of Kolorz "glow in the dark" paints to all paints used. "Charge him up" in the lights, hit the switch and this guy lights up. I went even heavier on the acid effected areas.

i wanted to win this soooooooo bad:/ i even set an alarm to wake me up at 5 to bid on it right before it ended... i woke up, went to the page, typed in my high bid amount and...

i passed out! woke up 2 hours later dissappointed in myself:(

oh man. that sucks. Like an idiot, I realized the ending time 1/2 way through the auction....this is what happens when I am up working at 6am on a Saturday. Ironically, the dude who won Icestorm won Acid Storm, and is commissioning me for a Sunstorm. I've got 2 or 3 more MP seekers I am planning to auction pretty soon, but they will end more likely in the evening.

How do you price commissions? Seeker repaints are energon to me, I just gobble them up, Mp seekers I would love include midwarp skywarp ala one of your(?) previous customs, a purple seeker clone from g1 season 1, episode 1(?) and I've always considered sunstorm to be a different character from the yellow Rainmaker so a trio of Rainmakers would be fantastic as well
