I called them an hour ago and they were sold out. They can't update their site fast enough to reflect their actual stock. The next shipment isn't til mid September so best bet is to hunt the stores. I managed to find one today and a few animated rodimuses and cyb. Ironhides.

7:45 AM on 8/21 was able to order online IN STOCK and this time it had also had an "Add To Cart" button.

Now to see when the order gets filled and shipped...

Ordered mine first thing in the morning yesterday while in stock with paypal.

never got a paypal recept toys r us account said i had no orders i called the number on the website they said there was nothing they could od and im out of a figure...

was never charged though so i did keep my money

ok i have an extra one, figure 69.99 plus ny state sales tax which is 8.625% plus shipping.

90 bucks shipped to anyone who wants it, so it is basically 5 dollars more than it would cost from TRU.com.

You would think with these things selling 100 x better than masterpiece skywarp at 69.99 hasbro would have mass produced it. Does anyone know of takara will make a masterpiece overkill repaint?

TRU.com has the toy for $69.99 with free shipping. Even with sales tax it would only cost about $76 shipped.

And I can almost guarantee they will be getting more stock. This is the "exclusive" Soundwave reissue all over again. At first they were scarce, but in the end they had so many on store shelves that my local TRU marked them down to clear shelf space. Stock for a to stores first, and after the store have enough to sell, they get offered on TRU.com in greater numbers.

yes they have free shipping this week, but that free shipping does help you when the item is OUT OF STOCK. Who is to say they will still have free shipping when they come back in stock, it changes every week. So yes you can wait for the item to come available again, and than receive an item that it packed like crap and the box is damaged.

I bought 4 of them...definately gonna keep 2. Not sure if I'm going to hang onto the other 2 or return them. Do you think the value of these guys will go up much?
