My second Dinobot comes to a close and is ready to ship to the painter. (No word on Slag yet). As usual, here's the steps to transforming him......

^^Flip up head and neck assembly. Rotate hands inward.

^^Lift the beast head/chest and extend the lower abdomen panels.

^^Lift the chest panels up and pull out the ptanadon feet. Extend the entire body as you would the seeker mold.

^^Fold the robot arms away as you would on the seeker mold.

^^Drop cehst panels back down and slide together.

^^Open the back of the leg and scissor the feet closed.

^^Roll the feet into the lower leg and close doors.

^^Fold wings out.

^^ Bring legs around to back. The entire upper crotch folds with it.

^^Bends at kness to position feet on back. Adjust dino feet.

^^Stand him up or set him on elevated prop stand.

That's excellent. Have you thought of trying to sell that design to Hasbro/Takara, cause I bet a ton of people would buy it.

Swoop is gorgeous.. Only thing is he is a bit large next to Grimmy..

The Swoop custom itself is able to be mass produced as almost all of the components can be casted and then bolted onto an existing MP Skywarp. I've found that getting into such mass production can often lead to loss of detail and other problems that could cause alot of grief should orders not be met or even QC issues. I may make a production version after the other two Dinobots are complete.

Also, this Swoop measures to the exact same height as MP Grimlock. (Chest panel to chest panel.) Swoops collar is higher and may lead to him looking taller but as is, they measure identical in chest and head height.

The basecoats have been applied to Swoop and he goes in for cell shading next weekend.

These Dinobots are open to offers as a set or will be sold individually on Ebay.

I can't believe you actually made a transforming Swoop!

The awesomeness of this fig is too great to be measured...and I'm not even a fan of the Dinobots!
