How did you make it? Some more pictures which aren't blurry would help us to visualize it better.
How does he transform? What did you use to put him together? Please tell us more. Pictures tell us what is, not how it came to be.

From what I can see, great job. It basically takes an already great idea, makes it glow, and all of the kibble is gone.
