MECH-TECH weapons packs--who would buy them?

I just would like to see Hasbro turn out some DOTM MECH-TECH weapon packs reminiscent of what they did with G.I. Joe in the early '80s. You could upgrade whatever DOTM figures you want along with your TF1 & ROTF figs. Keep them molded in silver/gray, gold/bronze, black, i.e. neutral colors so you could create your own heavily weaponized 'Bot and 'Cons. Just an idea . . .

This.

If they actually did something other than be "oh hey, i'm a small gun, watch me transform into a bigger gun!" then yes. Otherwise no.

Packs of miscellaneous guns, both with and without missiles and having both standard 4mm and minicon ports?

Absolutely.

Mech-tech weapons? Only if they combined with each other to make either a drone or a really big gun. Or maybe a vehicle.

Weapon: Gatling Cannon
What novel idea! I would buy them. But moreover, I'd like to see packs with miscellaneous movie-accurate weapons from various characters across the movies that could be compatible with most of all the movie figures.
It would be cool though, if you bought all the weapon packs, that they did combine into something cool. But weapon upgrades are definitely welcome, especially if they do more than just look good, and the MechTech line seems to do that watching the Ironhide review.
Please note: If you think I may be joking, I probably am.

Not if the guns are stupidly oversized. A weapons pack of realistically sized guns: yes.

I don't see Hasbro will take step back to 80's but it they do, that would be a good welcome. Same does the multi-pack for PCC drones/mini-cons that we discussed before.

My FP Bruticus shared one of his shotgun to universe Onslaught. Now my universe Onslaught has a big smile on his face. :D

lol while that sounds like a good idea im not spending 300+ dollars to get a full FP Bruticus just to give my universe onslaught a shotgun lol. I may check ebay for a guns lot or soemthing.

I would love a weapon pack of some kind. A mech-tech weapon or two with a few regular guns and maybe a sword or axe would be awesome.

Seconded. BFG's are just too much. That's the only thing still in the box for my City Commander. It just looks dumb.
