I haven't found anything new yet. Basically I want to find a solar storm grapple (maybe Lugnut) and then hold off until the stuff for the movie comes out. only piece that looks good there is Megatron really.

usuals going to tomorrow? I wish I could find something new too. I did find the optimus at walmart in rochester for 8 bucks...I thought that was okay....as is the figure.

Went to Big Ben's Comix Oasis in Allen Park today. Didn't pick anything up but there was a classics Prime with the FP powered up commander armor for $299 and a loose animated Blackout for $40.

A coworker is getting married and her wedding shower is tomorrow, so no Xtravacon for me. That and I was down in Livonia for work on Weds and will be again this coming Thurs... (and back and forth from the airport twice, etc. - not with these gas prices)

Also, still nothing new at the PoHo Kmart. I may need to head to the Marysville Meijer for something else over the weekend, so I shall check there.

I was just at the Walmart at Hall/94 about a half hour ago. They had a large endcap display set up. Wife wouldn't let me look but, at a glance, it had Preview Prime filling one half of it and Generations/ Reveal the Shield on the other half. Kinda peeved that I didn't have a chance to go through it. I was kind of hoping to find Wreck Gar or Perceptor. Good chances since this is fresh stock. I'm there weekly and haven't seen this until just today. Good luck to anyone who get's a chance to check it out.

saw the same thing on friday at the rochester wally..... nothing new except the prime...I hope it's different but that's what I ran into.

Stopped at the wal-mart in genessee on court street. they have a couple of older ones i nstock like a cybertron soundwave.

I saw a Scourge (picked it up tho) as well as Blurr.

Had a decent time at the Xtravacon today. Didn't sell much but I grabbed a Generations Wheeljack for $15. Love love love love love him! Still, kinda wish I had just gone to C2E2. Oh well, just means I'll be able to hit up Wizard World this year.

Got my Junkion Blacksmith JB-01 Justice Leader and JB-02 Tatical Officer (that is how it's spelled on the box) from Tfsource.com today (was shipped out Saturday! Take that bbts!).
Both are very well detailed with some great paint apps. They did not come with directions, but if you've touched a headmaster you can figure it out. The little bot heads retract and then you put on a flat plastic adapter so you can have a big head on the little body. kinda cute but I wont be displaying them like that. I don't think this company has had anything out b4 this. If not, this is a great first toy! The only quality control issue I've had is a little paint smudge on one of Soundwaves speakers that was an easy fix.

Oh! The tiny alt modes are prety good as well. soundwaves is a bit better than the prime alt.

oops! my bad. Junkion Blacksmith also had put out a Prediking upgrade kit.

TRU on Telegraph Road in Southfield is unloading its Nest Bludgeons for $12 and change. They had at least 10 when I was there a few hours ago. If you missed out on the original or want an extra or want one to paint and keep or sell, this is a good opportunity.

Well, UPS just showed up with my Generations Thundercracker! He's already been united with his 5 brothers. I have to say that I'm extremely satisfied with this mold. A few quirks here and there but, all in all, good job Hasbro. A blissful end to a bitter day no doubt.

I decided to pick up 2 Bludgeon packs at the Southfield TRU for $12.98 after all. I mentioned to my cousin that I wanted to learn how to dry brush, and this way I have one for me (my first one), one for my cousin to use and keep if he likes it, and maybe one to spruce up and sell down the road. This will be a warm weather project since his shop doesn't have heat above his garage. I have 90 days to return what I don't need back to TRU. I'll be sure to share my eventual work when it's finished. Who knows, we might decide to purchase the 3rd party head and sword kit for these since we'll be putting the work into making them nicer anyway?

I also picked up the preview Prime. Definitely going CV this time, with a few deluxe molds sprinkled in that make sense to me (looking like repaints, not first releases).

i love how the original seekers all have different paints designs so even a colorblind person could tell them apart.

Any day now. I can feel it. The boards have been kind of quiet for the last few days so I'm guessing it could be the calm before the storm. At least I hope it is... Probably going to check out a couple of places tomorrow. G1 Legends class HAS to be right around the corner. BBTS is on their 3rd or 4th shipment now (sold out once again)so retail has to catch up eventually.

Also, just have to put this out there. My cousin, who is a tattoo artist, is looking to drum up some work for the next two weeks while he is off from his full time job delivering furniture. If anyone is interested in getting anything touched up, add color, or just want a sweet TF tattoo somewhere, let me know. He does excellent work and treats everyone in a very friendly, but professional manner. His pricing is well below anyone else as he works from home. Oh, and he's a G1 TF fan!
