I like Hound better than Cyclonus, although Cyclonus transformation is awesome, and his targetmaster is truly Classic and nearly perfect! Attaches either way you like, as a pistol held in the fist, or attached as they did in the Headmasters cartoon.

i know this is late but, i just opened my TFU onslaught. he is awesome. a great figure. he just needs a really big gun. does anyone have any suggestions(sp?)

I saw the latest wave of Transformers Animated (minus the fixed stingers Bumblebee) on Saturday afternoon at the Wal Mart in South Haven on my way back from Michigan to Chicago. They had 1 Blurr, 1 Blazing Lockdown and 3 Swindles. I left them all there for you Michiganders to enjoy. Sorry about the delayed posting. Was dealing with flat tires caused by two separate run-ins with potholes over the weekend and working on new galleries.

If you can find the original G1 Onslaught's gun on eBay, it fits perfect and looks pretty decent (would look better if it was silver or the same color olive green as his feet).

Actually, they were both Chicago potholes. Got hit with one on I-294 near Chicago on my way back from Michigan. Had to change the tire out in the rain. Not fun! Then the spare tire hit a pothole the next day a mile away from my house on my way back from picking up some Little Caesars.

Fortunately, I bought an extended warranty when I bought my car that covers road hazzard incidents so the towing to the nearest dealership and the wheel and tire replacements were all covered.

Yay to extended warranties. It was nice to finally use one AND have something actually covered for once.

if i dont get on here before new years day. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

i got TFU tread bolt today and he is fantastic. i am thinking of putting him on a shelf with some other TFU autobot repaints as the TFU wreckers.

Congrats. The TRU in Westland had a bunch of him in, and I wanted to buy another because he is that cool, but refrained.

yay for preholiday shoppings!

last week i hit TRU in roseville on christmas eve and found Hound and yesterday i hit the Roseville Target and scored a Cyclonus! Now all i need is to find the new legends class bumblebee, brawn and beachcomber!

by the way does anyone know if the classics inferno that's coming out is a redo of an older figure or a completely new one?

Happy belated Holidays to the MI thread! I don't have any sightings to report, just wanted to check in. My latest acquisitions are U-Hound, Cyclonus, Starscream, and Cheetor, found at TRU Westland, before the Holiday. I didn't post because I went out of town and didn't have access to a computer, but it sounds like they are showing up consistently.

Cyclonus is one of the best Deluxe TFs ever, and Hound is really swell, can't wait for the Henkei! Cheetor not so much, but he has a nice Alt-mode.

I've got U-Inferno, and tons of other stuff, in my POL, which I will ship Monday.

The Xtravacon was okay, I didn't expect to do much, and I didn't. The only thing I picked up was the WM ML Crossbones to finish my Ares, which is a really cool figure...better than the Target Red Hulk, at least.

Ah, well, Happy 2009, everyone.

Heh, I've already failed in that regard.
Aside from the 25th Optimus, I haven't really seen anything on the shelves that's pure G1 re-release.

At any rate, I do like the style of these figures, and they still seem to be a good representation of the original series.

i hope everyone had a good/safe new years eve.i will be spending the next couple of days figuring out what i am taking to sell at my first toy show. de lasalle high schools' toy and train show. it was $18 a table so i jumped on it weeks ago. i hope i do well. either way it will mark the end of my vacation. i go back to work sunday night. it sucks. but at least i have a job.

Saw all the new Universe deluxes at the Lapeer Meijers today. at least 2 of each. still havent seen the new animated deluxes anywhere :-(

They have all the new universe deluxes at Meijer on Hall Rd&Hayes. I got all of em the day after xmas. I also saw a stealth lockdown at the target on hall&Scheonherr Im having one heck of a time finding an Animated Shockwave though. Anyone seen one in the southeast michigan area?

The Mich Ave Target(just outside of Canton) had one each Hound and Starscream, and a couple of Cheetors, just an hour ago. I also saw Wave 2 of the GI Joe MASS Device sets, at both this Target and Ford Rd. The Canton store has not put their Universe Comic packs on clearance, there was only a Dirge/Roadbuster set, anyway.

Got my Cyclonus and Starscream today... I have to admit that I'm not sure where they came from other than somewhere in the Port Huron area. ^^; Both look great - I'll end up opening Cyclonus later.

The tree, by the way, is still there. Neighborhood folk have chainsawed most of it, however there are still branches dangling in the power lines and such.

I'll try to come down and visit at the con in a couple of weeks!

The 2 newest waves of Joe comic packs are finally stocked at the A2 Meijer. They had at least 6 of each of them:

Viper - Iron Grenadier
Deep-Six - Rock&Roll
Fred VII - Gung-Ho
Beachhead - Mainframe
CC - Tripwire
and what ever the other one was?? can't remember since I got them so long ago

I think it was Hard Master and Snake-Eyes??

i did pretty well at the toy show i had a booth at today. sold a good amount of my spidey/xmen/ML figures, my target TFM deluxes and some of my TF titaniums. good times. i also found hardheads HM duros anda red starscream decoy for 25 cents each. a great way to end my vacation. now i have to go back to work tonight. oh well. nothing lasts forever.
