I just got a notice from BBTS.. Revoltech Megs is in.. he couldn't have come in a week earlier so I could have him shipped with MP megs and sunstorm. Oh well, I clicked ship my loot now. I can't wait to get back to michigan.. MP Megs and Tit Sunstorm are waiting for me.. Diaclone Magnus should be there soon. And now Revoltech Megs... It's like a mini Botcon.. I just didn't actually go

but is customizing a figure yourself really as easy as everyone makes it sound? If you look a the thread about Botcon Dirge, half the people posting say, "I'm not paying $$$ for that, I'll buy another Ramjet and paint it myself." or they also go as far as saying they'll make new wings for it.
Now I know there are some talented kitbashers out there. TFMaster was a master at it. But, I don't think it's as easy as everyone seems to think it is.

I tried to repaint a Starscream into Sunstorm which in theory should be pretty easy since it's mainly 2 colors but it wasn't.
It was much easier with an airbrush kit but the cheap one I bought broke and I never bothered to buy another one.
I taped off parts but the paint also ran down the little lines in the mold and spread out which just ended up making a big mess.
Starscream sits on top of the TV with a paintbrush in his hand and a really bad paint job.

Jackson Meijer had 1 Altenator Mirage, it was $18.01 out the door (all action figures are 15% off until Sunday).
I just looked at eBay and they are like $50+
The box is pretty good, C8 maybe a low C9.
P.S. Not looking to sell it, but it is a nice addition to my collection!
EDIT: Toys R Us in Jackson had 3 Star Wars Bantha Battle Packs at $45 each, they looked pretty nice.

Man I forgot to say last night that Jackson WalMart had 2 cases of Classic Devastator on a pallet, looks like they might be getting ready to finally put them on the shelves. One box was already opened (pretty sure it's the box I got my 2 sets from) so there are probably 7-8 sets that may go out.
They also had more Blob series ML's out too. Wolverine, X3 Jug and Jean.

Howell WalMart had 14 Devastator's on the shelf as of 10:00PM tonight. They also had 2 Alt Rumbles left (no Ravages).
Howell Meijer had nothing except some old Heroes of Cybertron Arcee's on clearance for 90 cents.
Howell Walgreens didn't have any of the LoC w2 Classics.

We went to a few places this afternoon.
Okemos Toys R Us = nothing new Transformers related. I did pick up that SW Bantha Battle Pack and used the $5 coupon on toysrus.com.
Flint Toys R Us = nothing new Transformers related. I picked up a MK w4 Scorpion - the only one they had. I was sad to see when I got home it was the exact same figure with the same accessories as the one I picked up at KB outlet in Howell (just different packaging).
Flint WalMart = nothing.
Flint KB = nothing.
Flint Kmart = nothing.
I was going to use a 2nd coupon at the Flint TRU and pick up the SW Tie Fighter and a MK w4 Noob to open (basically getting the Noob for free) but there prices are higher than Okemos or Jackson. The Tie Figther was $24.99 in Flint and everywhere else it's $19.99.
Oh well, I think I'm pretty much done hunting for the weekend. We have a family thing tonight, then UFC 70 and tomorrow we have family stuff going on.

Just look for the table with tons of TFs. There are really only two other guys who deal TFs there, God Magnus, and a guy named Dave. Sometimes the Chocolate Robot guys set up there as well.
