So yeah, no new Tf stuff, but I hope that movie TC toy (w/the new head), is real, and not a fan bash. I really like the colros and the new head. Also, probably helps that the 'hands' and chicken legs were not pictured... Poor Starscream Movie Design...

As they say in the city, "Good looking out!"
I did very well today, and even managed to curtail my spending while knocking quite a few off the want list:
G1 Grimlock(loose/complete)
G1 Darkwing(same)
G1 Submarauder(same)
MLs:
Doombot
Icons Hulk
Blob Series(Loose): Jean Grey, Quicksilver, Thor, X3 Juggernaut, Xorn---All in trade
Marvel Showdown:
Silver Surfer
Elektra
Daredevil/Yellow Daredevil
Invisible Woman(white variant)---Last two thanks to noob.
DCH:
Bane
Supergirl(black skirt)
Supergirl(blue outfit)
After I got home, I spent half an hour talking to a nubian hottie that I met at my brother's birthday party, then an hour talking to my Great Uncle Gary, who is only the wisest, most inspiring man on the face of the planet. This has truly been a great day. I feel recharged.
Rijie Seeking:
Botcon 2009--Souvenir Sweeps
Botcon 2010--Souvenirs Rapido, Scorch/Shattered Glass Ravage
MISP preferred, but will consider opened NM/Complete, especially for older figures. Lots of TFs for trade! Please PM any inquiries, serious interest only!

the new case pack outs for the MK line are a little goofy. no reptiles that i've seen so far.
speaking of bball games, how did you get tickets TT? i know the cheap ones are always instantly sold out online and usually you have to line up at the palace and do the lottery thing.
the last game i was at was when rasheed hit that ridiculous 3/4 cout 3 pointer against denver to send the game into overtime. good times.
i meself added 8 more clones to the fold!

For RodimusConvoy13, something fun to watch while you wait for Diaclone Magnus.

Called the box office on Friday. Not many cheaper ones left, but we got them for $50 each, so that was pretty cool. Good game too, and of course, exciting due to the playoffs and such.

I have been buying to much StarWars stuff lately. I am seriously considering trying to buy everything in the 30th Anniversary line and that scares me.
I ended up going to the Jackson WalMart late last night, nothing new on the shelves at all - not even any of those Devastator's I saw on the pallet waiting to be stocked a few nights ago.
It really bums me out that they don't actually stock all the goodness they have. I have been looking at the DC Superman figures but the ones I'm interested in (Steel, Black & White Superman, Supergirl) I can't find anywhere. It seems the shelves at every store I have gone to are filled with Superman and Kal-El which looks to me to be the exact same figure in different packaging.

RodimusConvoy13 wrote:I know what you mean about the superman figures.. there's about 80 regular supermans per 1 supergirl, steel and the rest of the figures. I was lucky enough to find one blue supergirl. Do you have a preference as to which one? white shirt/black skirt or the all blue variety. I'll keep my eyes peeled. I can't recommend Steel enough, and PQP will back me up on this. That figure is insane!!! It's so cool.

I'd like them and the variants. It's not a huge, huge deal to me though (and I probably shouldn't start collectiong another toy line).
I only saw those couple of figures I picked up at the Okemos TRU and the Biggs I left behind at the Jackson TRU (which was gone on my last trip there). I pre-ordered wave 2-4 from BBTS. I hope they come though and ship at least wave 2 soon.
I figured it's safer that way, I'm paying more than MSRP but I'm not wasting gas looking for the stupid concept Boba Fett or the other semi-rare figures per wave. I never really collected StarWars stuff prior to the coined figures (I have a bunch of Episode I figures MOSC but that's about it) so I have no idea if every StarWars toy line has these super rare figures or poor distribution like wave 1 appears to have. R2 and Obiwan are EVERYWHERE!

I was thinking about going to the KB outlet in Howell but I doubt I will go. I'm started to get frustrated with the hunt again. Everywhere I go it's the same stuff and no one ever seems to re-stock anything.
There is a new Meijer in Dewitt that just opened a week ago and it looks like they stocked their toy department 6 months ago. Nothing but Cybertron figures (and bad ones at that).
I also think (while I'm ranting) that TRU employees are taking all the good stuff and leaving all the crap. I can't remember the last time I saw anything worth a damn at TRU besides one of the very few Soundwave's I found.

Dude, thanks for reminding me. Guess I have something to keep me up after the Tigers game.
JTK, I keep running across extra Steels. I just saw one last night at the Grand River & 12 Mile Target, in fact. I'll pick it up if I can make it out there tomorrow.
Also, I forgot to post this earlier but the GR & 12 Mile Target also had ML Icons Dr. Doom(x1) and Punisher(x2) when I was there last night.

Yeah, they have been doing that for a good while now at most of the TRU's that I visit. Bastiches.

Well, got the rest of the Hasbro ML Blob series today at the Fairlane KB, save for Thor. If any of you guys see an ML Thor(TT, noob, looking in your general direction) please grab him for me...I have the figure but I still need the head for ol' Blob. Much appreciated.
It's funny, b/c the girl that works there, whom I talk to alot, said that they sat there all weekend! "Everybody hates them.", she told me. I think this series is heads above the first Hasbro wave, and I am especially suprised by Jean Grey...she turned out to be pretty nice.
