Target on westnedge has one twins and jolt. Put them in very back of peg on bottom left of the group of pegs- bottom left peg in back

I picked up Universe Blades at the Canton Meijer last night for $10. Animated voyagers are also $10. The Westland Meijer had about 5 Blades. If anyone sees a Universe Blaster in the Canton/Belleville/Ann Arbor area, can you let me know? I never picked him up and wouldn't mind grabbing one for $10.

Found Swerve today at the Canton Kohl's got the last 2 there. There were 4 each of Arcee and Stalker Scorponok left, as well as plenty of the Ravage wave, none of the Jolt/Twins wave. They are buy 1 get 1 1/2off, so it was like Deluxes were $10 all over again! Man I miss those days.

Agh, well *brushes dust off of the keyboard* seems it's been a while since I've posted, so I've decided to update my profile and throw up a post. Now, my two biggest questions are:

1. Has the leader class of Jetfire been released?

2. Is this a ludicrous question as it's been released, sold out, everyone knows it, and I should be keeping up to date more often?

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well.

Jetfire's been released, just not in saturation. The ROTF line is around for another year, just have some patience. I expect him to be out in droves when the Holiday season arrives.

If any of you guys (Andrew, Tony, Pam, Matt, Todd) see a countdown on clearance could you grab it for me please? I picked up the original micromaster one from Andrew (Thanks again, its awesome!!) and now I want the new one. I may pick it up at regular price, but if it can be snagged for cheaper :grin:

How's the house thing going Andrew, have you closed yet?

We should have a get-together sometime soon, I haven't seen Matt or Tony in a long time :-(

I picked up Universe Blaster for $10 at the Jackson Road Meijer in Ann Arbor. They also had two Treadbolts and the repaint of Cybertron Quickmix. There was also one Animated Grimlock for $10. Almost picked it up, but I have 2 already, don't know why I'd need a third.

Who is going to Xtravacon this weekend? I'm splitting a table with God Magnus. Hoping to sell some stuff and make a little cash.

I'll be there, because, yet again, the closing on my house has been delayed. Words of wisdom to future home-buyers: Never, ever buy a HUD property, it's far more trouble than it's worth. I don't think I've ever been so emotionally taxed in my entire life.

Anyway, my DIA Commander, Superion add-on, and Alternity Megatron came from BBTS today. I haven't opened Megatron, and I have to admit that the Superion kit is kind of a let-down, at least for the price. DIA Commander will stay in his box until I move, if that ever happens.

Bleh.

Jimotron! Still searching the Westnedge TRU from time to time?

Good to know that the RotF line is around for a year, I wasn't quite sure. No sign of Jetfire, Arcee, Jolt or Ejector yet. Same with HA Skids and Ice Cream Twins. Still hesitating on Leader Megs (there was one with an alternate sound?) and waiting for more news about the Leader Starscream before I pick up the voyager. There's plenty to go around.
I've got most of the other characters featured in the movie at this point, still not worried about repaints (Grindor included) and other misc toys.
Even picked up Devastator the other day. All I've done is take him out of the box and put him on my shelf in the vehicle modes, but he's fun. You may want to take out the batteries, as there is one engine sound that kept going from Mixmaster during the transformation and I couldn't figure out what was triggering it.

Naw, the work I had in Kalamazoo wasn't enough to keep me there, so I'm back in the Detroit area...hunting, gathering, and saving Transformers...along with various other things (the new Ghostbusters line looks wicked).
Speaking of the Detroit area, tonight, one time only, the boys who did MST3K are doing a one-night only riff of Plan 9 from Outer Space, broadcasting live to movie theaters across the nation. If anyone is interested in checking it out, send me a PM.

I was poking around on BBTS. I see that they have the Omega Sentinel repaint of G1 Omega Supreme for $140. Not a bad price on that.

I saw that too, but I have toys on otp of toys on top of toys... so my extra room is very small lately. Plus they have a lot of 25th joes on sale plus, so it is tempting, but nope...

Todd and Andrew I will be there on Sunday briefly. I'll bring you that book Todd-- Omen--, I am not bringing you 'Abyss' yet, as I have not had a chance to read it. Did I mention a $5 check out fee?

Swerve is the only figure I want now. Maybe Ejector. Andrew I am waiting to find Swerve at Target as I have a coupon for a free RPM with purchase of a deluxe class figure!

Cool beans. You should hit up the Extravacon tomorrow. It's not very big, but you can find some unique items there. I've only been there once, but I'll probably pop in for a little while. Hey, anyone seen or heard from PorQpine? Doesn't he usually have a table there?

Anyway, I just recently broke down and bought my first TF:RotF movie figure: Voyager Starscream. If some of you recall I was aghast at the first movie's figure, and am pleasantly surprised that they made changes that greatly improve the look of his alt mode.

I have been eyeballing Starscream a bit, but there's plenty of him around so I'm making the other bots a priority. Plus, there was that rumor of a Leader Class coming out, which I'm betting I'd much rather have.

well i am back from my vacation. had a good time. picked up ravage int. barricade and cannon bumblebee at the bad axe walmart. they also had the ejector/nightbeat basics wave. they also had the grindor/stratosphere voyager wave. they still have a tfa shadowblade megatron for 39.99. you would think they would have clearanced out the animated line. but no not yet.

not really looking forward to going back to work sunday night.

Does anyone sell locally? I went to X-trava con and there weren't many transformers there. I have some big items, such as mp thundercracker and grimlock, as well as many others, that I would like to get and if I can avoid ebay and shipping I would rather. Anyway, I've check craigs and such and there isn't much....so if you have any suggestions or if you sell, send me a message. I work in oakland county and live in genesee...so I can cover a pretty broad area. Thanks.

Well, I had an okay day at xtravacon. Not spectacular, but definitely not the worst. I also didn't buy anything besides food and the table fee.. so that was good I guess :grin:

TT24! Where were you? I had Star Wars figures for you. Looks like they'll be at my house for a while longer :grin:

It was good seeing the people that came though. And now I have some extra money to put towards my new computer. Hopefully it'll be here by the end of the week. I'm very excited.

My obsessive collecting bug drove me out to Xtravacon today before work. I think this Rijie fellow is the guy I bought Alt. Shockwave from today, assuming he wasn't the one of the dudes with the expensive loose G1 toys at the other end of the hall. Either way, that guy is very nice and the three times I've been to xtravacon I've unloaded way too much money on him. This fall I'm giving up my Sunday brunch shift, so next month I think I'm going to hang out for a little more. So far I'm the only person I know that collects transformers, and I think my fiancée's tired of hearing about them... I wish Michigan could support a larger toy swap meet thing.

I believe 'Those guys' post on here too. You may want to be careful, and make sure you consider the market... you yourself said there are no swap meets around here, and G1 is expensive. Gibralter trade center had some G1's last time I was there. Talk about expensive. I'm not even sure if Time Traveler's has a store front any more, or if they just sell online, but they used to have a store.

Well not super expensive, just more than I was planning on spending. I know G1 is expensive, I've never told anyone how much I paid for a complete piranacon... For some reason, I got a better deal on reissue Predaking. I was just basing it on $50 for an Erector, and being a poor college student.
