I almost went the case route, and just decided that I wanted to get gold coin McQuarries so I pre-ordered them from BBTS, cheaper than a whole case, and I don't have to sell off my extra figures.
I got my cases from starwarsshop.com for about $20 less than BBTS.
I figure after I pay the insane markup on the gold coin figures $15-$20 from BBTS each x 12 plus find and buy the normal figures I don't have I would have spent more than I will end up spending by selling off the extras.
I could always break down and sell the 2 extra McQuarrie Darth Vaders and 3 extra Holiday Boba Fett to increase my margin.

Lake Lansing Wal Mart has a bunch of boxes out by their toy section tonight. The only Hasbro boxes I saw were of the Real Gear 2 packs though ;( Didn't see any movie deluxes or voyagers! Thinking about hitting some places up early tomorrow.

Sweet, I might have to hit a WalMart tomorrow too.
I moved about half of my toys tonight to the new house. My temp toy room is stuffed which sucks, it's still alot more space than I have at the apartment though.
Hopefully I can get the basement (900 sqft toyroom) finished in a month or two.

Went to Coldwater wal mart today. They had a bunch of boxes by the toy isle, some of them where Hasbro, but I didn't have enough time to look. I also went to rent a movie today. I almost got 300, but I passed and watched The Departed instead. Amazing movie! I recommend everyone go out and see it if you haven't already.

well, PQP and I went out hunting. went around canton, westland and dearborn. Not much new. westland target is getting ready for their reset. they didn't have any TF, SW or JOe stuff out. they said they wouldn't have it out until monday or tuesday. most other targets had done their reset. not much new TF. T.E.C.H stuff and robot replicas were the only new stuff I saw. no deluxes besides protoforms anywhere. we did see a few single pack 25th Snake Eyes and Storm shadows. Hopefully I'll have better luck in Nebraska. I'll be there for two weeks

Well, I found 2 Ultimate Bumblebees at the Taylor Target. they were on an end cap. I bought both. So PQP and myself are proud owners of the Ultimate bumblebee. they're 79.99 a piece. Also, anyone collected the 25th anniversary Joes. the carded ones are only 4.88 at wal-mart.

I guess I had a busy day today. Went to a family reunion in Farmington Hills so I got to check out a few places along the way. Checked out Walmart (West Lansing, Okemos, South Lyon, Livonia), Target (West Lansing, South Lansing, Okemos, Wixom, Livonia), TRU (Okemos, Novi, Livonia) and I'm not kidding you, if they had movie deluxes, it was only 3 remaining of the protoforms or the June 2nd wave.
In fact, in all the places I was at today, there was a bunch of TF stuff aside from a few voyagers and then empty pegs where the movie deluxes are supposed to be.
It really looks like Hasbro completely stopped shipping out deluxes (and voyagers but there were at least a couple in the places I was at aside from a couple exceptions). Now, I have no idea if the lapse in time is because they're releasing a whole new wave of them or what, but it's pretty depressing. I was hoping to see at least something new.
I guess the only positive thing about this is that when the new stuff hits the stores, it's going to hit all the stores at once. Hopefully soon, I got a bit of cash burning a hole in my pocket right now

okay.. ultimate bumblebee is a bitch! he doesn't want to transform back into robot mode... his leg is stuck I have no idea how a 5 year old is supposed to transform this. its says ages 5+ on the box
edit: haha, got it. there's pegs you have to press in on. I was doing this.. but you have to press so hard it was hurting my fingers. got a towel as some padding and was able to get it out
