In the auction I never claimed it to be "never opened" It is mint, yes the box is open. I also have stated to ask all questions BEFORE bidding, you didn't and now are unhappy.

Probably won't come out right, here, basically, I bought the re-issue Diaclone Colored Ultra Magnus. You can clearly see in the title of his auction that he says it is MISB-- which means "MINT IN SEALED BOX". I sent an e-mail inquiring about why it was not stated as opened and displayed in the auction, as it had dust on it, and the pieces were obviously not MISP nor was the tape on the box sealed it was obviously sliced, and not even retaped.

He replied that he never stated it was Mint in sealed box, but Mint in box, hmmm...from my experience that acronym is MIB, or MIB complete. He also stated I needed to ask all questions before bidding. Ugghhh...I've never left negative feedback, but he may get it to be the first. Of course, then he will nail me with it, when all I did was pay the same minute I bought it, and accepted his word as stated...

So I was upset for paying MISB price, for a MIB toy. And apparently, I have no right to be.

EDIT: Wait, wait, there's more...

You know the saddest thing about this is, I'm a big guy who has copious amoounts of hair and my friends used to tease me in HS cause I said potatoes alot. what negative feedback could he put down for you? you paid on time. Are you keeping the Magnus or are you trying to get refund?

ask for a refund of a certain amount, he'll probably meet you at least half way.

if not, i'd sic ebay on him. he's used MIB in a previous auction, so there isn't much of a rationale for changing the wording except deceit.

also, $50 for shipping? screw that. how much did shipping actually cost? did he even have insurance on it?

if he leaves you negative feedback, i'm pretty sure ebay can take care of retaliatory feedback too.

That seller is a huge turd, note his Star Convoy auction fails to mention it is the reissue and calls it 'very very rare.' Yeah right.

I was poking around BBTS and started looking at Beast Wars II Galvatron. He looks like a pretty cool figure.. I like his bot mode. If I bought him it'd help me justify the shipping on Magmatron too... why can't today be pay day.. I don't want to wait until wednesday

Saw the new Spiderman Legends(w/BAF Sandman) at both the Allen Park and Dearborn Targets, I would have picked a couple up, but frankly, they look like ass. Let's hope the F4 Legends are better...

Both Targets were stocked well with Deluxes, even a couple of 70's BBs, a good bit of Barricades, no Voyagers. Both stores also restocked the last wave of Exclusive Scouts.

Got DCH Batman, Clayface, and Catwoman at the Allen park Target, Joker, Nightwing, Bruce Wayne-Batman remain.

Just picked up Wave 3 of the carded Joes at Livonia Target. An entire set of Wave 3 and acouple Snake Eyes & Storm Shadows remain. They restocked Voyagers, & have 4 BB 2 packs.

well, I got my box from BBTS that had the Hot Rod statue and stampy in it. The Hot Rod statue is pretty cool, but not worth the 99.99 I paid for it. Even through HobbyLinkJapan, it was about $72. Which I think is still to high. I think all the money went into the base. but, it is Hot Rod, so that makes me happy

Stampy is cool. Definitely will fit in with the rest of the Pack

sweet.. my BW Galvatron and Magmatron shipped. Should hopefully have them by tuesday...
