Though I like Arcee more, Elita One is probably much better.

Hmmmmmmmmmm.It's probabley even cuz Elita has Ops to brake it up.But Arcee has a good number of male robots to back her up.

Arcee is an excellent fighter, no doubt, but Elita One is still on a whole other level, being Optimus Prime's counterpart. Obviously the time-stopping thing isn't going to be workable, but there's no doubt she's smarter, stronger, and more experienced. Elita wins.

sounds good to me...
but it may goto Arcees favor if it is when she is a Headmaster..or at least a better fight to call.
