Leo and Inferno are still there!

I'm really goin nuts with anticipation over Waspinator....I sold my entire BW collection MIB for the down payment on my car...the only fig I kept was my Optimal Optimus...couldn't part with that...I miss Waspinator.

I was in the Wal-Mart in Albert Lea yesterday and they had TFA Blur, Swindle, and Blazing Lockdown as well as TFU Dinobot and Smokescreen.

I bought the Marvel Thor Transformer crossover today at the Target in Hopkins and I gotta say..for 18 bucks and change this thing is craptacular. The good news is that I already had this figure picked out for a custom, and even better news, the seemingly cheesy, semi-useless head won't be so worthless afterall since it will make a fine Ultra Magnus head once I've had a go at it with a Dremel.

Hey I watch Fxfrans reveiw on him and he said that he was a good fig !

Been kinda quiet in here!

Just wanted to drop a note and tell y'all that the Toys-R-Us at Ridgedale was carrying the TF mighty muggs. They had Prime, Megs, and Soundwave. I skipped Prime and Megs, and took Sondwave home with me. No sign of Bumblebee.
Still waiting for Vector Prime and Waspinator.

I found the Mighty Muggs Bumblebee at the K-Mart in Minnetonka of all places...they just re-set their toy aisle, and everything was current...current as in full of the figs nobody wants just like Target and Wal Mart. They had that exclusinve mini-con set tho, but I can't justify spending $30 on 20 little TF's that equate to a Happy Meal toy. Something like that would just get put into a box and jammed in the closet with the rest of my collection that doesn't fit on the shelves.
Someday though...Waspinator and Vector Prime will be mine...just like all the rest of the figures I wanted but couldn't find.
I remember when I lusted after figs like Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Swoop, Inferno, Cyclonus, and Hound...and now I feel a bit silly for getting so worked up over them since now you can go to just about any retailer and find the pegs and shelves clogged with these figures. Part of me wants to go to my local Target and just buy every figure on the pegs so they'd HAVE to re-stock them with a new order. It's a good plan, that would probably involve me getting a divorce, so I'm just going to have to think about it.

Don't do it! It's all the same here in Rochester too. Even Animated is the same crap-Blazing Lockdown, BB, Blur, and Swindle with a few Black Arachnia thrown in for good measure.

Oh I hate those guys so much! Target and Walmart basicaly buy like 500 boxes of the SAME wave because they like how "pretty and cool" that looks. Then put them out but no one buys them so they just keep overstock and cant put them out anymore. Then there using too much space to restock. Oh yes my therie must be right.

Well origanaly I was trading a smokescreen but them the guy got one so then he felt bad about it and gave me a free Waspinator. Im gonna check my Target probaly today or tommorrow. They probaly wont be there but anywho I'm getting a Lio Prime.

That's horrible.
There are 3 Targets between my home and my work...there's also a K-Mart, and a Kohls...just a bit out of the way there's one more Target and a Toys-R-Us, and they ALL suck.
Basically all Targets here have Blazing Lockdown, Jetfire/Jetstorm, Setinel Prime, and Cy-Kill-er-Oil Slick. The Universe figs are stocked well with everything that is avalible, but the voyager figs are mind numbingly bleh. Each target has like 2 Inferno's, 1 Leo Prime, and 6 of those yellow or green missile launcher type dudes...Don't know who they are, don't care because they are UGLY!
I found 1 samuri Prowl by chance at an out of the way Target and I think he's pretty cool...now all I'm really caring about is Waspinator, Vector Prime, and Animated Sunstorm. Activators Cliffjumper might be too much to ask for...so I figure that by the time I customize my own, there will be one in stock.
Transformer collecting should not be this frustrating.

Just a quick FYI.

I was at the Target in Chanhassen yesterday and they had the ususal shelf warmers, but they also had Wreck-gar and Leo Prime.

I hadn't seen either before so it was kinda neat from that perspective. I liked the pics of Leo Prime, but once I saw him in-box I just wasn't feelin' it so I had to pass...

Galvatron is at the Minnetonka K-Mart on Highway 7 and 101. Also, the Super Target there had an endcap of the Target Exclusive Sunstorm and Shockwave...Still not impressed with Shockwave, I did nab Sunstorm for my seeker collection.
The rest of the TF's for sale are even more picked over than the pic I posted earler of the empty shelves...Craptacular.

The Target on 169 and Hwy 7 had Hot Shot and Ratchet...I grabbed them both...one each remaining...also...for some reason, the Target in St. Louis Park had clearance stickers on their Universe figs....so I grabbed Dinobot for $8.98.
Still no Waspinator...
I have come to find the Shockwave figure more appealing however...esp. when he's transformed like Long Arm. I did not realize how tall he is...maybe only an inch shorter than Ultra Magnus.
I REALLY need Waspinator...he's the only fig from the animated line I don't have.

wow, you're on a roll! I haven't seen a waspinator for some time now - just that one a while back.
