if only they hadn't skipped over the fact that his door wings are supposed to be close together.. he'd be perfect. but still, he looks great, i can't wait for these damn things anymore.

Looks pretty decent, but I'm nowhere near as excited for Bee as the rest of them. Part 'Bumblebee burnout', part the fact that the mold isn't as good as the rest. I wonder, is he getting 2 deluxe molds like CJ as well?

I was actually surprised by how much I liked the NYCC one. This one would probably be a good buy for people who don't own the NYCC version, as it is a pretty cool fig.

The face is too dark and the lemon yellow should be more golden yellow. But other than that, I still want it.
Wonder how much different the later Bumblebee figure will be.
But what I really wanna see is the Deluxe Vehicon figure.

I was very impressed with the NYCC version. I like him a whole lot more than the deluxe movie versions. Sure would be nice if they came out with Human Alliance TF Prime toys.

Need to steal the arm cannon from the NYCC edition to give him dual arm cannons.

He looks so posable! Great, I'll get a few of him to be the Autobot Drone, so I'll have a small army of Autobots and Decepticons. Can't wait for normal western release.

Well, there is another Deluxe Bumblebee toy coming later in 2012... excpet that it's apparently a new mold instead of a redeco.

I don't understand why they had to use that tacky yellow color when the color they used for the NYCC version is clearly the more accurate color for Bumblebee. Sigh, oh well I'll probably still end up picking him up since he is Bumblebee. I just wish they would hurry up are release these already. My gut tells me that they are probably planning on releasing these close to like Thanksgiving or after for the big sales. Still waiting on DotM deluxe Leadfoot, Soundwave, and Wheeljack as well as HA Soundwave.

Transformers: Prime is the first series I've ever wanted all the toys from. Never been a completionist but I can even imagine getting the toys I'm less bovv'd about. Like Prime, the drones, etc
love the cartoon, love the design, love the toys

Monkey arms aside, this is a solid looking figure. Does anyone remember of the second version has wrists?

OK so these are supposed to be the "limited edition" figures with special paint apps the standard versions won't?
Looking at the pics here, I believe the standard versions won't have any paint at all.

No, "First Edition" means that these are the ones that are coming out this year. The rest of the Prime toys will be released in March, after the DOTM toyline comes to a close.
