Looking at some of the Movie figures, I hit on the idea of getting four to be redone slightly as the Heralds of Unicron. So far I’ve decided on Blackout [the one that gave me the original idea] and Brawl [with possibly Prime redone as Nemesis, if a good figure comes out].

However I’m throwing out two questions in the hope of someone having a better thought process than me.

1)Anyone know a good way to remove Blackout’s head? And any suggestions on what to replace it with?

2)Who should I use as the fourth Herald?

WARNING! DO NOT TRY TO POP OFF HIS HEAD. push out his lightpipe, exposing the screw. IF YOU TRY TO POP IT OFF, THE THIN SWIVEL POST THAT HIS NECK IS IN WILL SNAP.

I'd actually leave his head as is if your making him a Herald of Unicron, he should look a little twisted by such an exposure, I'd actually stick with movie style heads for such a project. Unicron's taint showing through in them when compared to your average classics or Unicron Trilogy character.

If you do remove the head, let me know what you come up with. I'm wanting to replace his head with just anything that will look better. (personal preference) but I really can't find anything that doesn't look like it stands out in a real bad way.

As for the fourth herald--if Bonecrusher were a deluxe, I'd recommend him. He really has that 'evil/ugly' thing going that might get the point across. Even as a 'basic' or whatever that size class is, he might fit the bill.

Bonecrusher is a Deluxe class figure.

pun3x, like i said above in my warning, push out the lightpipe and the screw will be exposed.

I'm looking at getting some action masters and using their heads. I really do want to change heads as they don't shout "transformers" to me at all. Will have pics up next week of digibashes.

Found a good swap. I used the Energon Divebomb. I'll get a pic up as soon as possible.
