They're the same except one has a trailer...why would anyone rather not have the one with the trailer, especially when they're the same price or 04 is actually cheaper? Unless you're a completionist and already have 04...

if i didnt already have the hasbro prime with added on full sized smokestacks, id get 04. may still get 04 for the trailer, new megatron pistol (stock broke on mine) and no paint chips

That's the same question I have, since I got a chance to score the MP-4 reissue. I'm concerned about the Quality Control though, with misassembled headlights and paint chipping.
