Must be something wrong with the date system for the forums, we've had a few board crashes over the years. I know I signed up 5 years ago today because today is my dad's birthday, and while signing up the internet connection kept crashing due to all the phone calls he got from friends and family.

Yea it's weird, but I signed up on my dad's birthday, I know that because I had to fill out and resubmit the form at least 7 times due to the phone calls with birthday greetings cutting off the internet connection.

Depends what crash we're talking about. My "official" joining date was a year or so before what is actually stated - there was a super crash that required us to all re-join.
In fact, there's actually a funny story about how someone actually signed up before Ryan so he was number 2 member!
