This message is for Saberblade. I've recently watched Transformers: Prime Crisscross today and I absolutely loved it, even though I do live in Canada, as I stated earlier. Earlier, you said that Airachnid is your favourite Decepticon, ever since the day you've watched the cartoon itself. Furthermore, you've also said Airachnid did not have a vehicle mode, only a spider-robot mode, and a pure robot mode. Well, guess what? After seeing Airachnid scanning Agent Fowler's own helicopter as her official vehicle mode, which is based on Airachnid's own namesake, I was right! However, unlike Fowler's helicopter, Airachnid is actually stealth helicopter, most likely an Apache. But you didn't believe me in the first place. Now that you finally do realized that what I've predicted has all come to pass. Now that she survived the attack the second time, I was hoping to see her as an action figure when she comes out. Airachnid official beast mode is most likely a spider, that is actually her helicopter mode with the rotor blades extends and unfolds to form spider legs, while the helicopter body itself acts as a trunk. Just because Airachnid is made with spider-like parts and has compound eyes, does that mean she's techno-organic?


Now that's been done, let me ask you another question. Megatron is a Cybertronian jet in Transformers: Prime. Other aircrafts include Starscream, Soundwave, Skyquake, Airachnid (recently confirmed), and Dreadwing, who is scheduled to make his debut in a future episode. Now then, Apart from Megatron, do you think that Airachnid is the most frightening aircraft in the world, due her techno-organic-like appearance and her behaviour, such as killing her enemies anytime she wants without feeling truly sorry for what she has done, as compared to Starscream who kills only when life is being threatened? What do you think?

I suspose it's possible TF Prime Airachnid might get 2 different toys. (1) Airachnid that transforms from a spider into a robot. (2) Airachnid a robot that transforms into a helicopter.

I suspose it's even possible TF Prime Airachnid might get a tripple changer toy. that transforms from a robot to spider to helicopter.
either like those TM1 toys or like a 1987 tripple changer

She's my favorite Decepticon of just the Transformers: Prime cartoon. She's not my all-time favorite Decepticon, though.

And I was correct. She did not have a vehicle mode at the time I said that, because she had not scanned one yet.

You guessed right at what she would turn into, but you insinuated that she already had that helicopter vehicle mode, which she did not have until she scanned it in this latest episode.

I had also said that she did not need one because of the kind of character she was. Well, I was not wrong about this either, since, at the time, we had only seen her in one episode, and that one episode gave no indications that she would have any reason to scan an Earthen Alternate Mode. This episode showed that the circumstances had called for such, but since this episode had not yet aired, I was not incorrect on that either.

And even now, I still don't think she needs her new helicopter form, since she could haveburrowred away to retreat before the smoke cloud cleared. The only reason she got that new form was the real world reason of being able to give her a toy, rather than any legitimate in-fiction reason.

Your predictions about her getting a helicopter altmode were correct, yes, but you your claims of her already having it were not.

We won't know anything about what her figure will be like until she gets one (IF she does get a figure, that is. I'm not saying she won't but that we simply do not know if she will or not at this point).

Also, for the umpteenth time, her Beast Mode is a "spider-humanoid hybrid", not simply a "spider".

We don't know. The subject hasn't been touched upon in the fiction yet. Let's wait and see.

We don't know what Dreadwing turns into yet. We can assume that it's some sort of aircraft, given his name, but we can't say for certain.

You speak of her as though she were just some flying vehicle instead of a robot that merely turns into one. As for how lethal she is in her altmode, we barely saw her in that form in this episode. We know nothing for certain of her altmode's capabilities. Only time will tell how she chooses to use it.

Thank you for replying, Saberblade. I really do appreciated your comments. However, there are actually a few more things that I really do need to ask you about something that you might not have known. About that techno-organic situation, in case you have missed it, if you go back to where Airachnid did before she killed her victims, she made a snarl, which is something that beast would do and not made by a vehicle. Does this really means that Airachnid is really a techno-organic and not a fully mechanical Transformer, just like all the rest? And secondly, now that most of us are happy that Airachnid finally got a stealth helicopter as her official alt-mode, is there a chance that we may see her in future episodes more often to further up the storyline a bit, just like in the same way as Breakdown and Knockout did in the first place, and quite possibly get an action figure of Airachnid herself ?

I can snarl. You (I'm sure) can snarl. Any person can snarl, and that includes Cybertronians (regardless of what they turn into). Snarling is not something that only animals can do.

Stop treating her as if she's nothing more than non-living machine.

All that her snarling proves is that she wasn't happy. That's it.

And, do you really consider Technorganics to not fully be Transformers? They most certainly are. They're just a different kind of Transformers.

Why would anyone think otherwise? It would be ridiculous if we never saw her again. Even Wheeljack is coming back. The writers said that when they create something for this show, they're gonna keep using it (except for maybe Makeshift, whom they deemed possibly too powerful to bring back, but anything's possible).

On Crisscross, before Airachnid transformed into her stealth helicopter mode, her spider limbs are still visible, even though after she officially scanned her vehicle mode. Should Airachnid be released as an action figure, will the figure include rotors that can be unfolded to form spider legs, just like the ones shown on TV on the previous day?

Nobody knows at this point.

In the case of Makeshift, I can't remember if he even showed his own 'bot mode, or did he just steal Wheeljacks for the whole episode? 'Cause if so, he really didn't take much extra work to create, thus no waste!

As for the snarl comment... I don't really want to get involved in what is obviously a two-person conversation, but if a snarl is indicitive of "techno-organic" status, don't forget that transformers in all continuities breath, cough, and blink, which are all things that machines really don't have any use for...
