This is interesting, why don't I know anything about it?

SWEET!
As a US Marine, this homage to the four Marines and Navy Corpsman that lifted the flag on Iwo Jima mends two things I hold very dear to my heart. I really hope this piece lives up to its poster.
And seriously folks, arguing over the date format?
How old are we again?

Just in case there's any question ... in the little online world of Seibertron.com, it's MONTH / DAY / YEAR. That's how it's done in America ... this is an American Transformers fan website and I'm the proud American owner of this site. Not quite sure why you guys are arguing about the date format ... it seems rather silly.
Back on subject, I'm looking forward to seeing what the Mosaic folks come up with next. It makes me want to sharpen up my pencils and put out a few pages myself.

I can confirm that there are 4 bots in the pic.

As for the flag holders, I'm guessing one AerialBot (Silverbolt, obviously) and the other 2 being Powerglide and Brawn. The nosecones of the other Aerialbots sat further back whereas the one pictured is closer to being head-region, hence Powerglide, while Brawns back is fairly unmistakeable (and Outback didn't get enough recognition to warrant an awsome poster like this). These are just my guesses.
Whoever the other 2 for certain are, the poster rocks, my curiosity is high and the advertising hook did it's job perfectly. Now I'm stuck waiting and it's going to drive me crazy...er.
I have to disagree about Powerglide, as his head was IN the nosecone, flush with the front, while the Aerialbots had the cone then the whole head in front. I think that the bot in question is Slingshot, as he had the short, snubnosed plane front, and that nosecone isn't far above his head.
And there may be 4 bots there, not 3.
Personally, I think this is more about the stories surrounding the losses/casulaties of the war, where Mosaics are stories about other possible things going on.

While it does look like the Aerialbots, with Silverbolt being front and center, it also looks like it may be Roadbuster...just a thought.

And its not the American's fault they cant get anything right, they are spawned from the leftovers of Europe.
Shut Up about America it does not matter about the date we obviously know the date. Exactly they spwaned from the piece of sh*t leftovers to form our own. We don't get everything wrong its our dumb@ss President who does. So
SHUT THE HELL UP ABOUT AMERICA
LOL are you for real???? What are you 12? No adult would argue like that. Who cares what he said, ignore it.

As for who the silhouettes are, keep guessin' you'll find out soon enough!
You should have used the correct format and simply ignored the american one.

Perhaps, it just isn't the way the rest of the world does it. That's probably why everyone is debating it.

About all I can say is...
Here we have a really cool, mysterious teaser poster about some upcoming non-Mosaic fan project from (or at least affiliated with) the Mosaic folks...
...and we're busy debating *date formats*. ...yeah. Talk about your misplaced priorities. ;P

If IDW were doing this then the date would have been Americanised... For completists you'll be able to see the UK format one on my Deviant page soon enough (if it's REALLY that big an issue). Plus one with no date on at all... and eventually one with no silhouettes... Surely that's what we should really be focussing on right? That and what War Journal actually is...

I agree. My solution would be that people should keep their snotty, personal feelings about other countries and people out of threads which have nothing to do with the topic. Now is anyone willing to be that "sensible?"
Probably not.

So...when's the 31st month?
This looks interesting, and will almost certainly be more entertaining than the failure of some to accept that people are different and do different things in different places.

So here I am stopping by, I see the War Journal thread is up to 5 pages, and I'm thinking "Wow, folks must be pretty excited about this, cool!".
Then I get in here and most of the posts are about the date format?! What the bloody hell? Seriously?
Then I became a little envious... because I wish I had so little to worry about in my life where something so inanely trivial could be something to get worked up about.
Anyway, you folks are in for a treat on War Journal. It's not a Mosaic, but it's got a lot of Mosaicons involved. Sure been fun watching the guessing games.
Stay tuned!
