I'm always looking for more Megatron. Most of my other TFs are in storage but some of that is Beast Era, Bayformers (Decepticons and Leader class ROTF Optimus Prime), and Generations (Fall of Cybertron). I'm selective on what I collect usually (Decepticons/Predacons primarily).

Nice Collection! I like seeing someone having a Megatron shrine other than an Optimus collection. I'm a Megatron Fan too and have all the same figures minus the live action movies. I've got the Generations on the way by mail and eventually I'll have the stealth bomber figure.

Megatron has been my favorite character for a while. I got into Transformers around Beast Wars and I went back and watched G1 on Netflix finally and enjoyed it. Though I skipped out on the Unicron trilogy and Animated, just didn't like what went on with it - BUT if I can find it again somewhere I'd probably give it another chance. I immensely enjoyed G1 though, up until Unicron reformatted Megatron into Galvatron. I found Galvatron to be too crazy for my tastes. Like I said, I'm always on the lookout for more Megatron to complete my shrine to him. I'll post some more pictures with a better camera soon.

Definitely give Animated another chance. Once you get through the early episodes and get through to the longer/overall story arcs, the show is really good. There's a lot of nostalgic feeling that keeps G1 as my favorite, but Animated is definitely number 2. The art style isn't for everyone, but the writing is top notch.

I watched animated not to long ago. it was enjoyable, but Armada/Energon were garbage. The whiny autobots/humans and pathetically weak decepticons were to lame to handle. I'd probably get Megatron and Soundwave characters from animated but thats it.

I'll find a way to get ahold of Animated then. I wasn't all that thrilled with the first episode and in hindsight I probably should have given it more of a chance. I'm going to try Netflix and go from there I guess, hopefully they'll have it on DVD. I do regret not getting the Megatrons from Robots in Disguise, Armada, Energon, Cybertron, and Animated BUT I just wasn't a fan of the shows. I felt that RiD, Armada, Energon, and Cybertron were just way too awful when I saw them and I gave those shows multiple chances, more than I gave Animated regretfully. It was primarily the art style that put me off to it.

I am going to get some better pictures of my collection taken I think. My girlfriend does photography so I'm going to get her to snap some with her camera, providing she remembers to bring it. Heh.

good work! but i saddens me to see youre excluding galvatron. you should seriously consider picking up one of these two! (or both!)

Galvatron was just too crazy for me in G1. I might eventually, but I really liked when he was Megatron more so. He was saner. As for the Unicron Trilogy I've been debating if I want to get those along with Animated's Megatrons. I'm very limited on space as it stands. I know I want to pick up Generation 2 Megatron, Megatron Megabolt (To finish off the Beast Wars/Beast Machines Megatrons), and the new Leader-class that's coming out in 2015 based off his G1 appearance. Masterpiece Megatron is a pipe dream, but I'm hoping some day I'll be able to get it.

If space is an isssue,you could get an Activator Megatron,from Animated.
Also,Iwould suggest you give a least TF Armada another chance.

Well got some good news, I got the last two I was looking for, G2 Megatron and Megabolt Megatron. Found them for a good deal on eBay. Unfortunately G2 Megatron's electronics don't work, but it was complete with the box and I got ten dollars off on it. I'm going to save up for Masterpiece Megatron next and see what I can do about getting it. I got my eye on a couple of auctions right now.

Edit: Took it apart and played with it and got G2 Megatron's electronics to work. So happy days are here again.

Good news, going to be moving into a new place, and that subsequently means I'm going to get more room for my TFs and that includes expanding my Megatron collection, so I'll be picking up Unicron Trilogy, Car Robots, and Animated Megatrons after all. I will also be trying to get ahold of some Galvatron's as well since I grabbed Bayformers Galvatron.

Very nice collection and I love the focal point. This is the first I've seen a Megatron collection. Glad to see there are more of us out there who are character selective. You'll also enjoy that extra space you'll be getting

There's just so many things for Transformers to collect for me. I love it though, but I just want to get my favorite characters and as many of their incarnations as possible. Yeah it should be sometime next month I'm getting a new place I'm hoping.

So I got some based on the recommendations here. I broke down and got Universe Galvatron, Animated Leader-class Megatron (which is surprisingly a good figure), and SE-02 Deluxe Megatron since I read the feet were assembled right and I liked the coloration scheme better. I moved into my new place and sorta redid a few things I got my top shelf being G1/Beast Era and I got my second shelf being Bayformers, Animated, and Aligned. It'll probably be where I put the Unicron Trilogy Megatrons when I get them. I'm not collecting all the repaints, just the molds with the paint jobs I like basically. Looking forward to CW Leader-class Megatron and I might pick up the Armada one even though it's a retool.

Can't see SE-02 Megatron, but he's there and most of my collection is Beast Wars/Bayformers other than the Megatrons. I mostly collect Jurassic Park and used to collect Star Wars, which is why my TF collection is relatively small. Also broke down today and got Combiner Wars Optimus Prime for my Combiner Wars Megatron to beat up.

Did some rearranging of where I had things in my room. I actually brought my Imperials from Star Wars out of storage to renew collecting them again and building their base and troops up. SW was one of those I tried to be a completist with at first before throwing my hands up in the air and just focusing on a specific faction and troop building with it basically.

So I put them where I used to have my TF's in kind of a "diorama" of sorts with it being like a base of sorts. I moved my Megatron collection to a higher point in my room to get them all more or less together on a single shelf. I really need to purchase some higher quality of shelves, but right now I'm solely focused on acquisition of the figures.

Only new Megatron's I got from the last update are Combiner Wars Leader-class Megatron and the Titanium War Within Megatron (which I didn't realize was about as tall as a Voyager or so). Definitely loose mostly in terms of joints and what not. Not really a fan, but I heard it's better than the other Titanium Megatron that was released. I think I might be avoiding that one though.

Also did some re-arranging so SE-02 Megatron could be seen a bit better. I am aiming to pick up Titans Return Voyager Galvatron and if the Titans Return Voyager Megatron is made I am definitely getting that too.

I ordered a few things that are on their way or already here. I got RiD Warrior Megatronus and that arrived yesterday and my TR Voyager Galvatron should be arriving at some point today. I also picked up CW Cyclonus and TR Scourge to mess with as well and they are on their way here still. They likely won't be in until next week though.

As for a change of pace, I'm going to show off other bits of my other parts of my collection. That would be my Star Wars and Jurassic Park parts.

I do have other dinosaur collectibles actually. I've been into getting more scientifically accurate replicas and have had a few of those collections over the years actually. Jurassic Park was more or less my primary fandom for a while, but that's changed due to a variety of reasons. I feel the quality in the Jurassic World toys are very low and they're not as good as say the first and second film toy lines made by Kenner. The other is that Mattel acquired the license, I have no animosity towards this idea. I'm eager to see what they have, but I do feel that it's basically not going to be compatible with the future lines coming.

So with my Jurassic Park collecting coming to a close I'm moving on back to getting those scientifically accurate dinosaur replicas from companies like Safari, CollectA, and even the Battat Terra series being produced. I also am flinging myself more into Transformers and finishing my SW Imperials out to have my base diorama complete.
