When news that michael bay claimd that megatron isnt gonna be in the movie, i believed him..... But now i REALLY am thinking otherwise. 1 main reason i would think is that in the 2nd trailer, after the transformers hit the aircraft carrier, ther is a shot from under the water wher megatron might be

so yeh thats wat i think

Well, I'd be totally fine with the lord of Decepticons making a comeback.

But I'd really love some Starscream screen time. He was only in the last movie for a total of what...? 30 seconds?

lol yeh i'd actually think it'd be cool while the autobots are trying to hold off fallen or sumfin, megatron coms back and gives optimus and sam hell lol

Kind of raises the question how is Megatron retreived from the bottom of the Laurentian abyss (should have made it Challenger Deep 6.3 miles)? Considering presumably the autobots would have agreed it was a good idea to dump Megatron's body there as it would be irretrievable if not destroyed due to the ~4 tons per sq.inch of pressure

Pressure = 4.25 tons per sq inch @ 18,000ft

[18000ft.]/[2.31 ft./1.2 psi]=9531 psi
[9531 psi]/[2200] = 4.25 tons per sq inch

The Japanese Shinkai can dive to beyond the depth of the Laurentian abyss (18,000ft) at 21,000ft; then again the Neureus HROV supposedly can reach the bottom of the Challenger Deep so there must be cybertronians who can withstand that pressure and sub zero temperature - which would make the Autobots not to mention the US military pretty stupid.

So perhaps Bay will suprise everyone and the Seacons will make an appearance and form the combiner Piranacon! or maybe we just get Submaurader :-B

my thoughts are starscream will order one of the decepticon to go down and sacrafice the spark to revive megatrons spark, and oh i think megatron will be impossiable to defeat now that the all spark radiation is inside of him

I don't think that will ever happen.
And here's the reason why...

Starscream hates Megatron with every fiber of his being. He would be happier if he just stayed dead hundreds of feet below the surface.

I have a feeling that at one point either during this movie (the end of it anyway) or the sequel after that, Megs (Galvatron) will kill Starscream.
Or at least fight with him in some way.

Notice how the NEW Megatron HAS a weak lookin left arm and his right arm is monsterous. when he was dropped to the ocean his left arm was ripped off & his right arm was fine. also he was burried with the other deceptions so when hes reformatted he takes their parts .

His toy description said hes been rebuilt from parts of fallen decepticons, so his tank from could been possibly from brawl being meshed into his body as spare parts.

Other possible explanation for his new alt form was he got reset back to his original state before he used the allspark to gain his aerial alt form. In beginings and the prequel comics he used the allspark to change himself briefly, and that was part of what made him crave gain posession of it for good. His overload might made him default back to basics.

Possibly answers, but we ll see what happens when the Fallen hits this summer.

I fairly certain he will. Now that Megs is out of the wat, Star is in charge.

i honesly think that they really should have more time with each taransformer autobot or decepticon cuz if u watch the 1st movie again, the only decepticons shown before the final battle are megatron blackout barricade and frenzy oh yeh and scoponox and then u suddenly see the rest com out of no where so i reckon they should really fix that up

I heard somewhere that they will try to make the focus mostly on the robots instead of the humans.

I sure do hope that is the way it ends up. There was a terrible lack of focus on the robots in the first movie. I understand why it had to be that way, but I sure do hope that the 'cons and 'bots get more than the cameo appearance they received in the first flick. I did, however, like the first movie, so I can't really gripe too much. I am geared up either way. Seriously, I can't wait for the sequel to happen!
