Erh, presuming there's a TRU near you, there are some serpent something (robot/warrior/et.c I forgot precicely what name)imitation transformer sets available in it that have decals you might like.
They're easily recognised by their green-blue boxes.

You could try ebay there might be something under stickers or decals for remote control cars , i saw one with some kind of crocodile the other day there might be something you could adapt.
