need help with TRU Insecticon stickers
Recently got the TRU G1 reissue Insecticons and the stickers absolutely do not want to stay on Bomb...er, Hardshell's feet or wrapped around Shrapn...dammit...uh Sharpshot's wrists. Anyway, is there anything I can add to the backs of these things to make them stick on better? I've heard people say glue sticks...but was kinda unsure. Not going to use super glue (although I've also heard to use a watered down super glue) and I don't really want to have to take the stickers off. I wiped these guys down prior but I guess the issue with these are the whole "wrapping around limbs" aspect. Any ideas my fellow Seibertronians?

Well you can try abit of super glue or nail polish and wait until it dries or take them back to TRU and hopefully get a better set with decals that work!

Is that safe? Also, I can't take them back because I got them off eBay (for only $20 too). Stickers were unapplied so it wasn't the seller's fault.
Does anyone reinforce their sticker/decals before you put them on? Of do you just clean it down and then put them on? The only problem I seem to have are on the ones that have to conform to uneven surfaces (which I'm sure is common). Just wondering if there was a fix.
This is about as frustrating as Encore Starscream's useless eye sticker. If I was smart I would have used a gold paint marker.

I feel your pain. My Insecticons are the same way.
I've been considering trying double-sided Scotch tape, but haven't given it a shot yet. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
For the love of Primus, why must I be a Mississippi State fan?

You can use a glue stick which should work fine or you can find some solvent-free clear craft glue. It's what I had to use for the Hasbro reissue Tracks and Ricochet. As far as I know they're still stuck.

Mine had the same problems. I just superglued mine.

See, I wouldn't ever suggest Super Glue. It clouds and eats into transparent plastic and plastic in general and it's permanent. I don't like having stickers on something that I can't ever remove. Especially if they get screwed up and need to be replaced.

Oh, I know all about superglue. I'm reassembled enough painted gaming models to know how to avoid cloud, and don't care about permanency since I rarely, if ever, resell and I've never replaced stickers.
There are, however, easily gotten solvents for CA glues that don't mess up plastics, btb.
