Actually, this is the Deluxe Prime. We saw him in color at Botcon. Voyager Prime on the other hand was only a green resin prototype then, and AFAIK we haven't seen that one yet in colors.

Yes the Deluxe is the pre earth version, wile the Voyager version is the earth version, with the battle mask up.
