There is also a $5.00 off any purchase of $19.99 or more at K-Mart, came in the mail today, it's a half-coupon book, half-sales flyer.

The minicon exclusive pack is shown on the cover, and one of the coupons on the last page is good for basically any Hasbro action toy that is 19.99 or more, so your could save a few bucks on said minicon set.

They also have a coupon book in the toy section with many other coupons, including the $10 off Leader class. It shows a picture of Leader Megatron, but should be good for any leader figure.

Thats what the coupon says specifically on it. Although I suppose you could always hope for a cashier that would just scan the coupon anyway without checking it's requirements.
