This news just came in. We have got the new images of DOTM Cyberverse Arc

Here's one for all you Cyberverse fans - the Dark of the Moon Autobot Ark Cyberverse playset has been released in Australia, and Swoop of the Ozformers has bought and reviewed the set. One thing is certain - this is a big playset! Check out the size comparison with Deluxe Class toys - it's huge! The base mode is cool and packed with features for the Cyberverse toys, but bad news about the connection ports - it cannot be linked up to the smaller Cyberverse Plus Action Sets.

Nothing really new here, we've already seen pictures of this before, and so similar with it open. I guess it counts but at the same time I don't.

Nice. I know that the Walmart near me has(had) this before the legal street date as I saw the case containing it said Ark Playset on it, I even asked if they would sell them but he said no go. I was really surprised to see them 3 days slow to get any DOTM stuff out and that this had not made it to the shelves. I wonder if certain waves have a specific release date.

Ozformers member Swoop has bought and posted a pictorial review of the Dark Of The Moon Cyberverse Ark set. This set features lights and sounds and comes with roller, a legion class figure. He confirms that the playset does not feature connection ports to connect other Cyberverse action sets. You can see the size comparisons with a couple of deluxe figures and leader Sentinel Prime. The orginal post can be seen here, however we have mirrored the pics below.

I'm not that into playsets, but I like the design and am thinking scale-wise this might also make a pretty awesome Cobra gunship/mobile base… :-?

100% want this ARK!

Now some ideas are popping into my head about what I could use my G.I.JOE Rise of Cobra PIT for . . . it's way bigger than the ARK and could have some potential with TFs . . . maybe the Nemesis or a DOTM ship

I have to see the movie before I say weather this toy is cool or sucks. So far, I dont like Cyberverse scale figures at all. It seems to be just an easy way to market cheap figures to bratty kids that wont take no for an answer from mom. I guess its genius on the part of Hasbro during a recession. But it takes alot of focus away from producing the figures both older kids and collectors really want. I do want Powerglide however because he will finally be in scale with my classics collection.

i am completely unimpressed... i think this and the rest of the line is in the pits, im hopin to see a movie masterpiece of a few more characters, but i probably wont be gettin any of the movie figures.

This set Freakin rocks. Guys DOTM Figs helped complete my collection today. Sigh! Now my search for the right Megatron can stop. Thank you jesus. Ladies and Gents Mega-Skyhammer-tronus

A little sanding; trimming; trial and no error his head pops right on the ball joint and moves gracefully. Completely transformable with out a problem.

A cool set, but I probably won't get it until the end of the line - that's usually when I break down and start buying Legends figures.

I gotta say I like it.The gimmicks look nice such as the prison and the pilot cockpit. And it's huger than I thought it'd be...I mean it's like a doll's playhouse but you know instead of dolls and a house, it's robots and a cool-looking cybertronian spaceship. BUT I definitely wont buy it even IF I have thousands of dollars.

no, it says that there ARE ports for the bases.

I was in a Toys R Us in 2007, when I saw a kid, with his mother, trying to decide what to buy. He finally got the six-pack of Legends figures. I wondered why anyone would bother with those things, when there were plenty of larger versions available.

After fiddling with the larger Prime, Starscream and Ironhide toys, I had a change of heart. I hated the finicky transformations and soon learned to love and embrace the simpler versions of the characters.

Also, you could get the entire movie lineup (sans Frenzy) for only $67.89. Less, if you weren't interested in the most movie-accurate decos or managed to find the two-packs for $5 each at Family Dollar, like I did. I think that's pretty awesome for families that can't afford to complete the cast at the larger price points.

I think it's great that Hasbro has expanded and enhanced what is now the Cyberverse line. I think they look like fun.
