The Takara version didn't have die-cast. This one has a completely different deco in vehicle mode too. Not sure if they changed the head or not.

That doesn't mean much. Last year Hasbro had several exclusives at their booth, and with the success they had with Nemesis Prime I wouldn't put it past them to do again.

That really doesn't mean anything. Nemesis Prime was numbered as 24. I only hope that if this is an SDCC exlcusive, that they work out a more reliable system for online ordering and produce higher numbers than last years. I'd much prefer if he were a general release but at best he'd probably be a Wal-Mart exclusive.
