I hope this is just me, but his arms look really small. Overall, he bares a striking resemblance to his Alternators iteration. I just hope his arms aren't as small as they appear to be.

That's not a bad idea. I think its a very simple repaint that Hasbro can absolutely do.

I loved Tracks as a kid because he was a vette, my favorite car. I am so happy to see him getting an update. My only concern is not the size of his arms but, where his elbow should be. It looks like his arm flips up for tranformation soooo, he has this weird elbow type joint on his forearm???? Still gonna get him but, I think they could have come up with another idea for his arms to work out better. Just my opinion, no biggie.

Agreed. It'd be awesome to have the Omnibots get some love once again.

Tracks is my favorite G1 Autobot so to finally get a modern update of him is great. I do believe like everyone else that the bot mod is mistransformed but come on, don't we expect that by now. For those of you asking I do believe it was said at Bot-Con that Jazz would be repainted/remolded into Wheeljack. Apparently they share a similar Porsche design.

Hmm. With the way Generations is clogging the shelves here, looks like I might have to order these over the 'net to get the good stuff.

Everyone and their brother ordered bazillions of the first wave, and there's no room for new stuff when the current just isn't selling.

Looks awesome! I'm a liiiiittle distracted by those duck feet toes, but that should be fixable in some way. Sweet figure overall, looks to be one of my favs!!!

He looks a little top heavy, but that will never stop me from getting his handsome self.

Despite looking somewhat off due to apparent mistransformation, I'm liking the bot mode. As noted already, it does bear a resemblance to BT/Alternators Tracks in design. I like the legs and feet look because they actually resemble the G1 toy's design, right down to the relatively slim feet dimensions.

Normally when I see a new picture f a toy, I'm like OoOo or well I'll wait for the review. For some odd reason, Tracks isn't even appealing to me. Thunderwing either.

I know what you mean, but a few Generatiosn figures have been let downs, I feel certain proportions especialy regarding skinny arms, or ratios of proportions just making the figure ugly when the original figure was better. But then there's the exceptions that have some of the poorest original deigns, such as Ironhide/Ratchet Starscream & the rest of the seekers, and they have been revamped not only to look amazing but with clever enginuity that oversome the hurdles that made them orignaly such ugly figures.

Overall the designs are some of the best among teh bread & buter lines ove rthe past few years. I don't understand why they just don't just relaunch G1 with all the updated designs. The formula worked so well why not try it again, the designs are good, they are obviously selling and compared to what else is on offer they are miles ahead, so why not push these instead. Also it would give me a chance to get all the nes I've missed, and there's cerrtai figures like cyclonus again another example of improving on an original ugly design and making somehing that is not only a nice deign but is way better than the usual suspects.

Missed him in the G1 (and reissue) days. Won't make the same mistake a third time. Love the updates across the line that really improve the poasability. Don't get me wrong, I love my original G1 robots, but they were about as posable as early Star Wars figures :roll:

OMG, Tracks looks amazing. I am loving everything Hasbro has done and planning to do with Generations. I am not interested in the other lines they are making so I will most likely get every single release from Generations.

OK, this is perhaps the worst transformer Ive seen in the generations line, hell it makes Galvatron look like a blessing.

The porportions are awkward to the point where they look wrong. I know its supposed to be a robot so I doesnt have to conform to a standard humaniod porportions but this looks like some one took a set of arms from a dwarf and put them on a humans body.

The car mode is pasable it too has a few issues with the rear of the vehicle looking out of style with the front. The asthetics clash in a way that a real car would never be allowed to do if it was in production. Although I must admit the colours used do seem to flow nicely but then again its not that hard with a deep blue.

The missle launchers are way too small and too far set back. The hand gun looks well kinda tiny. I dont know why they are obsessed with making the missles attached, make them non firing and detachable so they can be placed on in its flying mode like the original.

Maybe when its transformed correctly and the arms are in the right position, the wings are folded out and the back section is done properly it will be better but right now this is the only generations toy which Im tempted to not pick up.

Infact this is the worse tracks toy made so far(I have the original signed by the voice actor, the alternator, binaltec and the action master versions)

I can see a japanese exclusive yellow version coming down the way and a road rage red recolour. The omnibot redeco/remold will probably have to come out at some point as Hasbro love that little scheme nowdys, its probably in the design brief now.
