Transformer's fan "Fatguy" has updated his blog with images of the upcoming Beast Wars Robot Heroes figures.

Included are images of Wave 1 figures, Cheetor, Rattrap, Megatron and Blackarachnia.

According to that artwork, Rattrap could easily transform into a moose.

But that Blackarachnia boxart is UGLY! It's time to kick out some illustrators at Hasbro!

It's almost like they didn't bother to tell the artist that Blackarachnia was female... and they just kind of went with whatever 'felt right'. She hasn't looked this masculine since her first toy... Actually, I take it back. Even the Beast Wars mold has a bit of a femenine feel to it:

Who cares about the box art!?!

The toys got curves, and I feel strange that I don't feel strange in saying that.

When are these coming out though? Isn't their also a Waspinator due out too?

I'm looking to modify a head swap there

Absolutely looooove the Beast Wars Heroes - they all look great. Shame there's no sign of Dinobot. One of the greatest TF characters of all time, and he gets ignored. Oh well, maybe down the road - we still need him as well as Terrorsaur, Scorponok, Inferno, Tigatron and Airrazor to have all the classic "pre-Transmetal" cast.
