The infamous b-o-t of ACToys.net has posted additional images of the previously reported DOTM Barricade. The previous images only showed us his alt mode, and left us wondering if he was a retool of the original Barricade figure or a completely new mold. These images reveal his robot mode and it's clear that this is an entirely new figure.

Good God, I almost sprayed coffee all over my monitor when I saw that!! That is our new Barricade?? I was better off with the earlier pics that didn't quite give as clear a view of what they had done to him.

To me, it looks like they made a rubbish mould, then proceeded to punch him square in the chest. Anyone else get that impression?

i'm pretty diappointed with what ive seen of dotm so far. i think shockwave will be the only figure i get out of this line apart from legends.

Ahhhh, CHICKEN LEGS LOL! Okay certain parts of him look good. Im glad he does not have gorilla arms like the original figure but why is it that every other Bayformer steals the leg design from the that robot in the first Robocop movie. I am willing to bet that if Bay made a Beast Wars character that transformed into a chicken, then the alt form would have straight legs and a non-alien head.

It doesn't look too bad, as I'm sure the pics make him look worse than he is. I think he'll look pretty good once properly transformed. His face does look a little flat though.

I'll get him for the same reason I got the last Deluxe Baracade: the vehicle mode.

Right now he looks like crap, but it could be mistransformation coupled with bad photography.

Looks pretty alright to me, solong as the lower chest is mistransformed. The alt-mode isn't particularly accurate to the Saleen S281, but the crumpled front gives it an aggressive, awesome look. I still hope that they will add a front bar between now and release-time though. Maybe Frenzy can still fit inside.

Well firstly, it is a terrible picture. I'll hold off judgement until better pics come out. IF you scroll down the page there a pretty good pic of Ironhide there where he looks better than most pics shown of him so far. A bad pic and a mis-transformation could make a good figure look bad. More to come with better pics.

Incidentally, does Hasbro have a surplus of gray that they are trying to get rid of with this DOTM line?

I think Barricade looks pretty good... I like how he has better hands than the last one and the gun looks good in robot mode.

Hey, good-lookin'! I like it, but I too would like to see him tf'd correctly, def looks like something's wrong there. I do wish he had the bull-bar up front, tho, but that might be an easy mod to pull one off a previous mold or some othe toy car.

Barricade is my favourite character, so I'm going to end up buying it, but I'm not going to be happy with it.

His car mode looks a lil better than MV2, but overall not impressed with any of the DOTM figures. Shockwave's mold looks like they took a hammer to Megatron and glued it back together without any intention of making it look like something :v

HE HAS ACTUAL HANDS! AND POSABLE ARMS! About damn time. Sad it took this long to get a decent Barricade at all, but there you go.

I still think the MechTech thing is lame, but at least Barricade and Ironhide's look like actual weapons.
