See! You understand!

Not telling ya anything but, it's only lying if you get caught.
I tried that too, but somehow she always finds out. Then it is 100 times worse. You are technically correct though, for sure.

If I tried the 'adult collectable' line it'd honestly be seconds before my girlfriend pointed cynically to the '5+' label on the nearest box
On topic, Jazz looks pure win. Late contender for toy of the year, IMO.

Agreed wholeheartedly, the Jazz mould is a significant improvement on the Prowl/Smokescreen/Bluestreak toy, whereas a Jazz released a year or two ago would likely have just been a minor retool.
Welcome to the forums BTW! You don't have to be a bit mad to post here, but it helps. Then again, we all collect toys, so we're not going to be well-adjusted

Looking for:
Guardian Powered
Cybertron Backblast
BWII/Telemocha Jointrons esp. BWII DJ
PM me if you can help!

Agreed about the shins. I wonder what was up with the previous one having half black, half white... unfinished test shot?
Now all he's missing is some paint on the tail lights, exhaust, and wheels.
It must've been. I remember Cyclonus and Nightstick were victim to this. The earlier pictures of them showed a lot of beige and grey, especially on Nightstick.
Like you said, I wish he'd have some stripes in the rear and some painted tail lights. Minor quibble on my part considering how great this toy looks.
Yeah, I'm warming up to it now that the robot mode looks better. If the tailights really bother me I could probably fashion some labels out of a leftover Reprolabel sheet. That's how I fixed a paint scuff on my G1 Jetfire's nosecone.

BTW, am I the only one who wants a Stepper repaint just to call him Judge Jazz?

I think you should be fine. In theory he won't be available in a while until next year. That should give you enough time, right? GO GET HIM!!
Dai_Ceefax wrote:If I tried the 'adult collectable' line it'd honestly be seconds before my girlfriend pointed cynically to the '5+' label on the nearest box. The 'Oh no, that one's always been on the shelf' line works though, seeing as they all look the same to her...

Right! '5+'. That means you can legally touch it if you are 5 years old and above. If she does that again, point your Crossfire set box (if you have) at that '16+' label and then to the price tag and then point the '5+' label and the price tag, she will understand.
Referring back to my early post, Ryan is right. Even on my A to Z card, he has wing doors. Guess it's just my personal favorite.

Thanks for the warm welcome! It's nice to have a place where people understand why grown adults refuse to let go of childhood memories. Or don't understand at all and don't care. Either way I'm never growing up.

Pretty sure they got that covered with the silver parts on his legs. I'm glad they actually gave him real feet.

Betting we see a Stepper/Ricochete repaint, just because Hasbro has been so intent on reusing every mold at least twice. Would be even better if they repacked him with like a repaint of Nightstick for approriate targetmaster-ness.

Recent Aquisitions:
RTS Special Ops Jazz
RTS Wreck-Gar
FP Warbot Defender
Generations Blurr

Excellent idea!

Reprolabels will be on overtime...
On a separate note, i reckon one of Wheeljack's 'rocket launchers' could be used for Jazz's shoulder launcher...
Botcon 2010 Scorch
Cybertron Cannonball
25th anniversary Insecticons
Lots of stuff for trade, PM me if interested.
