Generations Thrust is a repaint of Ganbo Exclusive Gentei Thrust, and features a different mold from BotCon 2007 Thrust.

Dirge, perhaps... the wings on that figure are markedly different from the wings on the BotCon version. It's that fact that made it possible for Hasbro to release this version of Thrust, so there's no obvious reason why Dirge wouldn't fall under the same category (though don't expect him for a little while - Hasbro doesn't like to put out repaints in nearby waves, if they can avoid it).
Thundercracker, though, almost has to be a direct repaint of the original Classics mold; and I'm not sure if Hasbro is willing to go there (or contractually ABLE, for that matter; I'm not sure what the agreement with FunPub entailed). Almost certainly, any mass-release Thundercracker would have significantly different decoration on it; perhaps powder-blue with more stylized logos, instead of the darker blue G1-homage of the BotCon toy.

If the mold is still intact (unlikely, or give the Ramjet version a new head), they could always go for the "G2" look: G1 Europe Action Master Thundercracker

On Thundercracker, they just will not release a Thundercracker using the Classics SS mould. If we get a new T.C. he'll be based on the IDW representation.

Y'know, I'd be down for a TC repaint from Energon Starscream.
