Seibertron member Primeultimus has posted a photo of Big Bad Toy Store's exclusive Dark Energon Knock Out, in package from BigBadToyStore's facebook page.

We've seen the Powerizers/Voyagers before, but this is the first packaged picture of the Revealers/Deluxe Class.

Dark Energon figures are available for preorder at BBTS right now.

I thought Toxitron was more of a pea soup green/yellow with purple. And the

and crossbones is the Dark Energon Decepticon faction symbol, as advertised. Likewise, the Autobots are now Autobot Dark Energon Defenders with their own symbol. :-B

Yeah, but how do you get that putrid green coloring with translucent packaging? Either way, I think thing's ugly. It hit every branch on it's way down the ugly tree. Yeesh.

I love the mold, no seriously, I do. I still wouldn't buy this one.

Toxitron, Constructicons, Wasp(inator), they're all odd choices for Knock Out to homage. You'd think it would be based on Ratchet or some other medic-bot.

It's kinda a touch call since Knock Out has no G1 Counterpart, aside from the unrelated Micromaster:

So, did anyone notice that the art on the packaging has been modified (asides from the coloration) from the original deluxe's art? Instead of showing him with the saw that he doesn't come with, they actually made him hold the prod that he DOES come with!

He had an Armada show appearance and a toy.

Then as a repainted Rollout.

ROTF Knock Out got the comic treatment complete with a toy.

No, they are not the same character. They're obviously from different continuities. They still have the names of "Knock Out" and "Smokescreen" applied to them.

The word is "incarnation", and no. To me, a name is more than just a monicker, it's part of the character and the traits it should possess. Smokescreen, at least to me. has to be a red and blue race car to qualify, Ratchet has to be an ambulance or medic, Starscream has to be a jet and a schemer, etc.

Yes, but Knock Out's traits in Transformers Prime are completely new. This is not the first time Knock Out has been in a cartoon or Transformers fiction. Regardless to which characteristic of Knock Out a fan favors, there have been previous incarnations of Knock Out, and that won't change.
