A truly unique robot design and a fantastic alt mode. I'll be getting him for sure, maybe even on Day 1.

He's got no chest, just a gap, and a wheel above his head for no real reason? No weapons either.

Is this a $20+ figure? If it was a basic or something, I'd be ok with it. But for that price, it looks like a big disapointment.

Are you serious? They could have at least had some legs or something pop out from the wheel to prop him up. I respect your opinion but he can't even stand up straight in robot mode. I guess you will keep him in his alt mode?

That's funny, i just bought Demmy and i can get him to stand up in robot mode and motorcycle mode as well! Hell, I just got him to stand up with only one arm supporting him and no gimmicks attached...

I'm just glad that there is very little from the ROTF line that is going to make it difficult to keep saving for our first house purchase. I actually am glad about that. I bought too much of the first movie line, so this is a very welcome change for me.....even if I wish they were better.

Is he actually part of the constructicons that form Devastator? If he is, i could actually understand him looking like that. But to my knowledge, the "constructicons" in the film are Hightower, Mixmaster, Rampage, Long Haul, Scrapper, and Scavenger. (source: the preview page from the TF ROTF Universe book coming out). If you have the knowledge, please enlighten me.

BTW, WHY DOES HASBRO KEEP MAKING THIS PARTICULAR CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE WITH THE SHOVEL BACKWARDS!?

I think I'll be launching the ROTF galleries over the course of the next week in the following order:

Breakaway
Rampage
Bumblebee
Sideways
Sideswipe

And then time permitting, I'll do the galleries for LC Megatron, Soundwave, HA Bumblebee and then GB Optimus Prime which I hope to post toward the latter end of next week leading up to Botcon.

I agree, but I'm only interested in the movie Constructicons for Devastator. As long as Devastator looks good, and he does from what I've seen, I'm happy.

I have a slight interest in the Constructicons, but lack the disposable income to get them, what with so many other more awesome figures on their way from Botcon and Japan.

I'll pick them up when I'm able to afford them. Something tells me their value won't skyrocket too quickly.

So far I am not taking a liking to any of the new toys.

I was not a fan of the first movies' toys either, but a lot of what I've seen for ROTF toys looks like they basically took the bad elements of the first ones and advanced them.

i just can't get behind this one. a head, two arms, and two oversized wheels...it's just too far out there for my taste. he has no torso! no legs replaced by wheels is one thing...but no torso?! i'll pass!!
