I went to my local shopping centers to purchase some new TF's I noticed a mistake with one of the Autobots. Hubcap's packaging was different. The front of his packaging was marked for Backfire but the back was Hubcap and inside the package was Hubcap. Has anyone else come across any of these? All hail Lord Megatron!!

Maybe a mispackaged insert. Perhaps a return. Definitely not worth gold.

Sounds like a factory error to me, the wrong card insert placed in the bubble prior to it being packaged up. I'd go back and grab it if I were you, some collectors love stuff like that and for the price of a basic, it would make a nice little oddity to your collection.

I'll have to warn you that such "oddity" collectors are few and far inbetween.

I am a collector and it is definetly a added bonus to my collection. Last year I found a Bumblebee key chain in an Optimus Prime packaging as well as the Sideways with the color mishap. Thanks for your info. much appreciated. My most precious prize is an original G1 Optimus still in the package I bought it for $70.00 at a garage sale. Thanks again!!
