Gonna be nice to have the deluxe trio of seekers. I collect trios. Still a little pissed about no MP or Animated Thundercracker to complete my other sets of trios. But I will definitally be getting these.

I know, I have those three but I like the new deluxe design a hell of a lot better. I just can't stand the design of the head on those 2007 models. If they would have kept them like the Regular, Deep Space, and Ramjet designs I would probably still have them on display.

I would love to see the Leader Class design get the repaint treatment, but I have a feeling that I'll find a cure for my Type-1 Deabetes before that ever happens.

Repaint time, here I come!

No, the G1 Figures are G1 Optimus Prime and Megatron.

No, the G1 Figures are G1 Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Still, even if they are G1 re-issues I can't see why the Megatron set would be breaking the $100.00 mark. Not saying that I'm not tempted by it but I have no doubts that we are going to get stuck with a G1 Megs with a crappy orange cap attached. If they cap isn't easy to remove then this is a definite "Pass" on this set.
Also, are we just getting Convoy with no trailer or are both of the Primes coming equipped with trailers? So far, I'm not really seeing any incentive to pay the exorbitant price for either one of these sets.

1) Takara doesn't orange-cap stuff
2) All I remember is that the Movie Optimus Prime is a Voyager (Not CrapTech) and has a trailer. Not sure if the same applies for G1.

Ray from Robotkingdom has let us know that the new Dark Of The Moon/G1 Voyager packs are up for preorder. These will be Takara G1 reissue items with DOTM Movie Voyagers. They are listed as being available on August 27. The pictures listed on the website is for reference only and will update when they get more information.

Man, I would love to finally have a complete G1 Megatron, but no way can I afford $100 for one right now. I suppose the chances of Hasbro doing these over hear is pretty slim to none... at least for the Megatron one I'm sure.
