I don't like the colors on this guy, they would look better on a boxy design then on this, although his altmode and target master looks awesome.

Hated it at first, kinda digging it now though. The alt-mode looks terrible in those colors, but the robot looks pretty clean.

Pass, like a majority of what constitutes Universe another poorly chosen repaint. I thought Henkei was better than this.
He's got some pretty far-out powers to go along with them, too, including teleportation, the projection of trippy telepathic visions and illusions, and the ability to groove on the language of 98% of all known species. To uses his powers to the fullest, though, he's gotta be feelin' good vibrations; bad karma can seriously harsh his mellow, y'know?

Having another Target Master is always welcome, but that mold is Cyclonus and that's that! I love the color sceme and the chrome colors are awesome too! I would love to see Hasbro push new Target Masters in the future.

It is just utterly RIDICULOUS how they can take a figure slap some paint on him and call it someone else and we as consumers go for it HELL NO! I am bigger than the biggest tf fan but no way in hell is Cyclonus suppose to be a repaint of anybody. He is my favorite character and i am not being biased but be serious other than the colors where in da hell does he look like strafe??????

He's a jet.
That's about it. I suppose not having a nosecone on his chest helps. And he does have tall shoulders, though Strafe's were tall due to cannons.
It's definitely not perfect, but it does look cool. For some reason I have an easier time buying it as Strafe in vehicle mode (even though the jets are totally different).
