the color is good but the rest sucks, whats the deal with all these crappy repaints?

Ummm... not feeling this one at all. It looks like people said, a coast guard or shattered glass Cyclonus.

canceled my two pre-orders. I went from liking him to slowly hating him the more I looked at him. I felt the same way about Wildrider.
Both did not convince me they were other characters. They just look like wacky repaints.

At this point, he's an figure that I might just keep MISB. I don't see the need to open him, but I will get him just cause he is an exclusive. Since I don't collect much ne more, this won't be to bad.

Someone did use the Classics Seeker molds for their custom Aerialbots and they rocked!!!!
Have G1 Cyclonus and the KO oversized white version. This and Classics Cyclonus would go nicely with those guys. Give Cyclonus his Armada.
Like the colour scheme but c'mon, this is Cyclonus.
What annoys me about this is that it remonds me of obvious repaints that never were like Energon Divebomb as Banzai-tron, Clocker as Hot Rod, Machine Wars Mirage as Dragstrip, Tidal Wave as Broadside and RID Ultra Magnus as Motormaster.
This and Cybertron Soundwave as Blaster are what's putting me off repaints.
Still at least we're getting Movie Wreckage as Bludgeon so maybe there's hope.
Oh and the Seeker/Aerialbot repaints would get my vote.

Did some compare and contrast with images of the original figure, and I can see the alt. mode and color scheme as a reasonable update. I'll admit, it looks pretty cool. But the head? If they'd chopped the ears off and reversed the colors(white helmet, red face)that would have worked better. Plus I don't think it would have thrown the transformation off any.

This is how it should be, if they play were to play with Strafe's head. The colors should have been flipped in this way to begin with, and chopping off the "ears" (which I tend to think of as horns instead) is the only way you can really get buy with retooling it, IMO. Good repaint, otherwise.
My vote for the HOF goes to my favorite Transformer, Kup, to the Headmasters (who still need new figures that aren't just the characters without their master components) and to seibertron.com for for being the ultimate TF resource.
