Notice the year beside the rub sign. 1983. I don't think there's Transformers in that year yet. Didn't TF start in 1984?

I don't really know if they are Knock offs but, a guy in geocities said they were...They come in 3 sizes: 1:32, 1:18 and 1:12!
And to fact that there are 2 1:12 scaled road bots? thats huge! They will tower over the 20th anniversary prime!(in robot mode that is)
if you guys just str8 away want to see them, heres one example and it's my fav roadbot

To the ODB crew -- were there any other knockoffs in which you guys were particularly interested? I don't get out to BL much, but there's a ready supply of the Quick Change multipacks at another store nearby. Mostly the wannabe Insecticons, Defensor, and Superion knockoffs, though I might have seen some of the fake Dinobots as well. Lots of Robot Masters 2-pack knockoffs also.

They're not ACTUAL knockoffs, more like second-class citizens (original molds made "in the style of" Alternators but at different scales).

He's got Powerglide, Beachcomber, Tailgate & Seaspray as well as some previous stock in new colours.
Rodimus has dropped to $1.00 as well.

Hehe... I can only imagine the look on a kid's face when he gets that in place of a real Transformer!
