Yeah, they did a nice job on that one. It's like rather than merely doing it in the wrong colours, they gave it a whole new identity.

The pistol bot is kinda odd, but it's simba. The company also makes awful motorcycle transformers.

Y'know I was almost expecting it this time. I think this may be part of the reason Hasbro was talking about wanting to crack down on stolen pre-release transformers ending up on ebay. It makes it a lot easier for the KO makers to get a head start.

In principle, I'm against these KOs ... but I can't help thinking they might be a handy way for amassing Animated Starscream clones.

Stumbled across (and of course purchased) an Ultra-sized knockoff of Cybertron Scourge. As with most knockoffs, it's simplified and with fewer joints, cheaper plastic, and an eye searing color scheme.

Actually, make that two color schemes. There is one with an opposite scheme to this one, with red where there is blue, and blue where there is red. That variant, however, has gold where there is silver on this one.

As far as articulation goes, very little that wasn't needed for the transformwas kept. The primary (surprising) exception is the secondary heads retain two points of articulation, the jaw on the center head remains, and the arms can still rotate on the Y axis. But there are no knees, many of the "detail" bits don't move anymore, and so on.

By the way - it was five dollars. I considered getting one of each, then taking them apart and swapping parts until I had one red and one blue, but decided against it.

Woah, KO Animated voyager prime! Didn't see that one coming...What I also didn't see coming was more of those 'morphobot' LOC KOs in a 'Bastins' store in the town centre of Minehead, Somerset in the UK. They have the same packaging style, but the card colours are dark red, and the colours on the toy are almost the same as the originals. They don't seem to belong to the 'morphobot' brand, though, I'm sure they had some sort of cheesy chinese name like 'super transform robot' or something. There were two different figures there, Brimstone and Leobreaker. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to take a picture, as we were on the way back home and dad was rushing me like heck. Still, it was nice to see transformers, even if they were KOs...Because in those 4 days on holiday I saw pretty much f*** all transformers-wise except the ones I brought with me!

To link a pic just use the tag from the website thats hosting it. You will find the url to the pic by right clicking on it and clicking 'Properties". Copy and paste the link in between the two sets of brackets and there you go. This works for sites such as photobucket, flickr or your personal webpages.

Or you can save them to your computer and add them as an attachment to your post if they are not on a website.
