Meh.

Megatron is still crap.

Is it just me or does it seem like the bots weapons shoot bullets? If so, why?

Yes but we are supposed to be dealing with highly advanced sientient alien robots who have traversed space to come to our world, why would they need to use "primitive" human technology. I get the whole "realism" that they are supposed to be going for in the film, but damn, its a movie about alien robot, surley there is some room for imagination in there.

I guess it's the same reason they change into Earth modes. A disguise isn't much use with a pink neon lazer shooting out of it. I understand your point, but it doesn't bother me that much.

I heard somewhere that when the Transformers are in vehicle mode, they fire Earth-like weapons (bullets, missiles, etc.) but when they're in bot mode, they fire Cybertronian weapons, like Blackout's EMP "tsunami." Just a rumor, though.

but some of it we've already seen. and the clips in itare like 1 second each, so you wont really notice, and its not giving too much of the action away.

but its not a tank, or a raptor
its a transformer that looks like a tank or a raptor
if it didnt have a gun with bullets/other projectile ammo before, then it is shooting out little bits of itself out that it transformed into bullets
