when i checked in from class this morning i thought my playbook was "playing" with me but it seems as though the sites been updated and i must say it looks really nice guys

I can see where this is going and it has potential. Just a few quirks i'm hopeing get smoothed out
Mostly for those of us who use mobile devices and play the HMW portion of the site.
These included problems for some posting. While i can view what i'm posting others can't.
So there typing blind hopeing autocorrect ensures a ledgible thought.
I miss the sidebar navigation. Not that i can't get around with the top drop downs, just it means more random stuff to hit accidently unless i do alot of pinch zooming in and out.
Hopefully this will balance out over a few days as i'm sure in any redesign there is a little trial n error

I like it. My only thing that is a point of contention is that the screen is WAY too white for me. A darker background would be nice. Especially with the photo negative images in the back. At first when i logged in this morning i was looking for an option to turn the background black.
That's just me though. My eyes don't like solid white screens.

I do like it, but I totally agree. The sides need more contrast with the middle part, IMO. Maybe if Ryan inverted the colors on OP and Megs (white-to-gray and gray-to-white) it would be better.

Thanks for returning the side menus Ryan. I'm sure your aware that the google bar still floats into the page vs the header or the footer.
