They also have a new album coming out around the same time of the movie.

As much as I like them, I feel as though they had a good run with the first 3 movies. And with this fresh new start Bay is going for with these next three movies, I think their absence is kind of refreshing. I think it's warranted.

They'll be missed. Fresh start or not they brought good music to the movies. Always fit right in with the tone.
