So Gnaw is a perfectly proportionate little chubby ball of teeth and death. The colors, amount of paint apps, details, everything about this guy is exactly what I want to see. Even his size is just right. He looks good in either mode and works great. He has more articulation and transformation steps than I expected. I though his feet arms would be awkward, but they're not. The face on the back of his legs is a complete non issue. Gnaw is an exactly cute chubby sharkticon that I've always wanted; perfect, just perfect ;)^

Gnaw: You talkin bout me punk?

Me: Yes, yes I am :-P

Bonus, he has three 3mm peg holes for all those leaping, jumping, flying, swimming antics you know you want to do!

I thought that Kickback would have been the clear winner here considering completing the set took 2 years, but Gnaw just stole my heart

The Insecticons are definitely a fond memory that I had when I was carytheweeone (enough so I'd considered picking up the platty G1 set) so completing this set has been a high on the to-do list since Shrapnel Skrapnel (whateves) was released.

Kickback is another huge win for Hasbro. He is everything I could have wanted in an Insecticon. In fact he is so great he makes the previous two release seem lacking. I wish they matched the boxy, detailed TR aesthetic, had translucent parts and a working cockpit. KB looks the part, is fun to transform, has really good articulation, a fabulous A stance and a deco to die for. Check, check, check, check; probably pretty close to perfect. That the word of the day or the drinking game word - the choice is yours.

Doing a little combiner tweaking. Fan mode for Blackjack, popped a little peg in the feet up to look like a piston, Shockwave as a gun, Superion got his gun back, put limb bots in their default position and found a spot for BJ's axe.

It's a serious time sink especially for me. I have to have every sprue nub trimmed off as perfect as possible, same with the stickers.

I feel 0% bad for the time I'm taking with it. I'm just saying that it isn't done cause I'll go a week or so without touching it. I made some pretty big strides this weekend. Not much left now. I'm taking my time and enjoying the ride ;)^

The biggest problem with these kits is that most of the fun is in the build, so once it's done......

Computron has a bad case of CW tilt, so neutral pose for now. The PE kits have spoiled me.
