Maybe the subscription thing is screwy again, I'll send ya over here:

Who? Little ol me? Yeah, I got a lot of **** and I don't always shout out my new **** acquisitions. I've given up on the haul thread months ago.itscramtastic wrote:Holy cats, YOU HAVE MORE BOTS THAN ME TOO!!
When did this all happen?! I feel left out. Or maybe you just have more on display and I still have more.![]()
Regardless, that's a lot of bots. Some I didn't know about!

carytheone wrote:And back at D to the Max, I regularly go a month or so on threads now and usually I open the thread via the email then close the thread and just try and keep up from the next update notification.
Other than buying **** I don't know if I have the time or the willingness to keep up with this hobby any more.
I'd rather just shoot the breeze with like minded people about all sorts of random things, but the rigidness of the thread format kinda stifles that. But I've found other ways to keep up with folk...
Word! Maybe I should join social media outside of Instagram... MaybeD-Maximus_Prime wrote:I feel ya there. I'm just glad I have you guys, I don't know anyone in my area that actually is into this hobby at all. there are others I talk to that are in to similar things, but no TF fans.
We gotta meet up at a convention some day. Well, I gotta go first, but we need to!

I have the revision figure with the actual working light piping. Kinda got lucky with that one. Jazz is by far the superior use of that mold. Sideswipe doesn't tab together as well in bot mode which makes the head sit funny low in the body. SS does come with a badass gun that is similar to OP's default weapon the Path Blaster in the games. Hell it may even be called that.itscramtastic wrote:Light piping FTW!! That mess looks amazing!! I may need to get that Jazz someday. Maybe Sideswipe too. And Megatron and Soundwave again. Dang it.
Dang it Cary. I don't want to have to buy all of these figures.carytheone wrote:I have the revision figure with the actual working light piping. Kinda got lucky with that one. WfC OP was borrowing it for quite some time as well.

You know what? I think Grimlock is my least favorite of the WfC/FoC figures. I'm not sure what it is, I'm just always super disappointed with himD-Maximus_Prime wrote:The fall of cybertron toys were definitely a little low on plastic and actual weight, but they had some good molds in there. Jazz is on my G1ish shelf, considering he had that body in IDW for a bit and his look is so cool. FoC had some great character designs!!!
I also have Optimus for the fist truck, the Ruination combiner complete with upgrades, Soundblaster as my G1ish Soundwave, the cassettes minus Laserbeak (whom is represented by TR Laserbeak), and Grimlock. and I love Grimlock.
Nice to see that mold get some love. Seems like there is a lot of hate for that figure and line in general. Everyone complains about the plastic and weight. Me I don't like die cast, so I don't get the whole weight thing. I get the thin plastic argument, but I don't have hams for hands and have never broken a figure. I've seen a few stress marks, but that happens even in what people consider "good plastic".D-Maximus_Prime wrote:...and Grimlock. and I love Grimlock.

Boo Grimlock. I'm just not a fan. No one can touch Reximus Prime in the Grimlock department, forevercarytheone wrote:Nice to see that mold get some love. Anyway, I got a chuckle out of how much praise the RID redeco of the FoC Grimlock mold got.![]()
Now lets talk about Linebacker Prime, now that is a nice figure; with weight, shiny slick plastic and one hell of a transformation. I like Bee too and I get the complaints, but damn he looks so good in both modes.![]()
I had Bruticus but I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally didn't like how cheap they all felt, and they really did. No where near the quality of any of the other figures in the line. I'm not sure how it happened or why it happened quality wise, but I'm definitely glad I sold them off. Actually, I just gave them to my nephew, didn't even sell them!!carytheone wrote:Yupitscramtastic wrote:Shoulda just stuck with that line. Everyone was a deluxe. It was great.![]()
I love them seekers too and I'd like to get Ruination, just to have those molds represented on my shelves. I don't need another Bruticus especially when the CW version is so strong and just plain baller (as itscramtastic would say)![]()
I might have to fire up one of them games when I get home. Those are fun games to just blast through. I used to think FoC was the better game, but then I replayed WfC. Both are good, but in different ways.
Honestly I forgot why I now feel that way about WfC, but I remember thinking that FoC has better/more interesting level designs because they were designed to accommodate a specific bot. Maybe WfC has tighter shooting mechanics?
What say you fine folks? What's the highlights of each game? Which is your fav and why?
