When I turned 26 I had only been married for 5 months. That was 14 years ago.itscramtastic wrote:Quite.Genocide G2.0 wrote:So full of life and vibrance this oneVa'al wrote:Hi, I'm 26.carytheone wrote:I've never felt old until about three weeks ago when I worked with a 22 y/o. Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.
Yup and yup. This year is a biggun and I'm offering whisky and steak to all who are willing to make the trip.itscramtastic wrote:Well snap!! ALMOST 14 years right? Did you already have your birthday?! Did I miss it?!
Yeah, 26 seems like a lifetime or two ago.Cobotron wrote:I barely remember 26. Might be better that way.
But at my age, I'm lucky if I can remember pants.![]()
30 is when life really got cool for me.
Young enough to still matter, old enough to know better.
Sounds quite dirty.carytheone wrote:We had a dirty 30 pirate booty party when I turned 30. Arrrr!
Awesome, I like them all but I have a few stand outs. I really like the quad legged Airazor. Such a wicked looking lil dude. I need MOAR!D-Maximus_Prime wrote:I took my dive into minicons last night and got Divebomb and Slipstream, and they are awesome! virtually no posability, but they are wonderful little devils. and cute too. my GF loves Slipstream and told me how adorable he was

Whatcha think of them? Any regrets? Backtrack is like the raddest, amiright?
I mentioned somewhere, but if ya missed it: I started paring all these lil guys with other bots from other lines based on color. I put the Scorch Strike Beastbox with Gen Wreck-Gar for example.
I had a butt load of pics I wanted to take yesterday while I had time, but we wasted the entire day waiting on a plumber to show upah, the joys of home ownership.
I'm in town this week, so maybe I'll have time to share some of my craziness.

Hey D. Takara is doing individual Jetstorm. Saw it on BBTS, and thought of both of you. He's $10 but that's better than $20 for the Drift deployer. Just food for thought.D-Maximus_Prime wrote:carytheone wrote:Awesome, I like them all but I have a few stand outs. I really like the quad legged Airazor. Such a wicked looking lil dude. I love the little dudes. I am trying to wait out am Airazor and Jetstorm individual release so I don't need those deployers. I am thinking of getting just a few more, even if they aren't in the show

I'd recommend a couple standouts; Beastbox, Dragonus and Backtrack (bonus; he's sorta in the show).D-Maximus_Prime wrote:carytheone wrote:Awesome, I like them all but I have a few stand outs. WUT!?! How did I miss that? Well, well let me go check those out. The deco's on Tak's are outstanding.Cobotron wrote:Hey D. Takara is doing individual Jetstorm. Saw it on BBTS, and thought of both of you. He's $10 but that's better than $20 for the Drift deployer. Just food for thought.

PoL that stuff. I wait until they make me ship my loot. Crazy cheap shipping then. PoL for me = Patience of LegendsD-Maximus_Prime wrote:Thanks Cobs! Though I don't see how I can justify $22 before shipping for 2 minis....

I have a new small PoL with BBTS I'm working on. As things either go on sale or catch my interest I just drop them in there. I also have a pretty large stack with TFS. It's got some stuff I want, but I just want to keep adding stuff so it all ships free.D-Maximus_Prime wrote:carytheone wrote:PoL that stuff. I wait until they make me ship my loot. Biggest thing is though, I virtually never use BBTS. I think I can only ever say to have used them once
I've read its not the best and I'm spoiled by the figma version. The articulation is supposed to be pretty lackluster and appears that way in package.itscramtastic wrote:Is this the Samus from WoN you said is turrrrrible?
So, in short, buy shiny and gravity. If I see them I will!!carytheone wrote:I've read its not the best and I'm spoiled by the figma version. The articulation is supposed to be pretty lackluster and appears that way in package.itscramtastic wrote:Is this the Samus from WoN you said is turrrrrible?
I've seen plenty in store and they are not that nice shiney metallic paint. A boring shade of un-painted orange. But for $15 it's a perfectly acceptable figure and I plan on buying the purple gravity suit version the moment I spot one.
I'd get the vanilla version of I didn't own the figma Samus.
If you find some that look like that pic, buy two and bill me!
