And if there's one good thing about BBTS, is that their customer service can't be beat. They'll get you squared away in no time

Thanks ShackJacker () heheheh, you are correct they have been great since I have used them.
In fact my G2 Sideswipe was missing one of his weapons and I emailed them sent a pic and they sent me the weapon within a few days of the email.
I am assuming the same level of service or better for this issue.
It sucks because I was sooooo looking forward to a BF-Bruticus to mess around with this weekend*sniff* *sniff* LOL
You've had four issues already? That's some bad luck... what happened?donny1975 wrote:BBTS is shipping me out a new figure and and a return label for the defective one! Yaaaay!! I have to say 4th customer service related issue I have brought to their attention and the 4th time I have been impressed by their quickness and level of care.
I've only had this Apollyon customer service experience and it's been amazing. They answer my questions and address my concerns, it's hard to believe. I'm glad I've made my larger figure purchases with them, even though I've only had to reach out once.donny1975 wrote:Only two, including this latest were figure related. The other issues were pricing discrepancies.

Ha! I totally am a lover, but want to be able to protect my home and peeps if I need to...
Yeah needed to try that shot from the movie![]()
I am totally diggin Apollyon, mine is pretty sweet QC wise. The bummer is when I was putting Rodimus back in his standing pose, his ankle broke![]()
Now I gotta figure out how to fix him *sniff* *sniff*

Hey, sorry, I tried to edit that before you saw it. I didn't want to come off as judgy or polaticy, but oh well, you saw it. No judgement there, at all.![]()
ANKLE BROKE! well crap. think you can fix it?
Whats the latest on your Nonslaught situation?
This is the approach that should be taken when reading anything I post. Tone and sarcasm are lost in the typed word. Something I have to constantly remind myself in here. shajaki encouraged me to use more smilies, to help set the tone. Wise fella.donny1975 wrote:I tried to read most things on here in a lighthearted way...
Best wishes to Roddy. Flowers and a card are on the way.donny1975 wrote: I have him "mending" upstairs right now.
donny1975 wrote:My Nonslaught replacement parts will be here next week! BBTS gave me the option of just getting a replacement torso or replacing the entire kit.
Glad you like the pucks. In time, as older lights burn out, I'm totally replacing them with those.donny1975 wrote:On another front, I have got another Detolf and a I bought a Billy bookcase (now my Legos have a home too) for my room...AND got some Dioder puck lights for the Detolfs...lovin'em so much more than the strip lights. Will have to get some pics. One more busy family weekend and then I will have some time.

Two questions.
1. What's a Billy bookcase?
2. What kind of Lego stuff are you into?
No probdonny1975 wrote:Will do, didn't think I would find spare parts for him...thanks a bunch!

MP Roddy is so notorious for breaks that people make these pieces now, and I've bought ankle pieces for my TRU Roddy (but have yet to actually implement the fix).
